@GildedBlanco definitely no plated marks I appreciate your response. I have taken it to two jewlers and they both confirmed it was real gold solid. But they have no idea what the PJ stamp is

That´s a very stupid and absolutely unreliable way to test an item if is goldplated or solid gold! There are many ways to make an item look golden. Some of them will leave a stain on a towel. Rub your towel with toothpaste on your unwashed hands. You will see a stain too. Take your item to a professional juweler and they can tell you within minutes if the surface of your item is gold or not.

agreed! this is just for someone who is curious about their jewellery and doesn't have access or wants to got to a jeweller, but like you said a professional is always recommended to be absolutely certain!
