Most arguments for a God or a divine being, outside of nature, fall flat to me.
But then, every time I listen to the guitar solo on this song, I’m pretty sure there is a transcendent power in the universe, and Hendrix was wired right to the core.

@@Nominay I don't know if I'd call the solo "simple". It's melodic, but coming up with a perfect line over those last few non-standard chord changes is not a piece of cake. Jimi's not just playing a scale. But I guess when you're a genius ... you can do it in 20 minutes. For me, the only comparable guitarist is David Gilmour. His solos were slow, but express so much. But I'm guessing he took longer than 20 minutes to come up with the solo for "Another Brick in the Wall".

Only through documentary footage like this can we realize how each person involved helped cut the facets of the gem that was the Jimi Hendrix Experience! The fact that finally there were frictions & recriminations is nothing, nothing at all. Art is the product of human beings and as humans we all (as it is said) have feet of clay.

I found this out when a speaker wire got disconnected! Word to the wise: have both speakers working when listening to Jimi, or the Beatles for that matter. You will not hear everything.
