For you young peeps. HR is not on your side. They are on the side of the business.
Don’t go to HR or a manager- it’s not worth it- you’re better than the toxic company you work for.
Start looking for a new job/ better environment- and give your resignation.
@@jmk2530 Great advice, friend.
wink wink
@@BigSnipp and if the HR rep has a PHR title by their name trust me it seems like they're more likely to try to play games with you 🙄
@@jmk2530 this has been an eye opener
Cecily nails the corporate HR vibe.

chea
She nails everything. The Resident SNL Hammer.
no cecily nailed her co-worker
in this sketch
I especially enjoyed the RAW INTERCOURSE
This was genuinely hilarious. Never expected Oscar Isaac and Cecily to make such a great comedic duo
especially when they're having RAW INTERCOURSE
A little overkill there
Lucy and Desi was a great comedic duo
Cecily can carry anyone...she's so good!
Who?
@@mikekasich836 the RAW INTERCOURSE was the perfect touch lol
"You see a man and a woman working together and you automatically assume they are having raw intercourse?" That fact that he saw "raw" had me dying 💀😭🤣
*said* not *saw*
And they repeat it at least 3 more times!
Right???🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yes! 🙌 Truth is truth haha! 😆👍
ikr 💀💦
This season has gotten so much better. Whatever new writers have joined the show should win emmy's.
I feel like SNL is back
According to Wikipedia, the new writers are: Mike DiCenzo, Billy Domineau, Alex English, the "Please Don't Destroy" guys/3 Sad Virgins (that's Martin Herlihy, John Higgins, and Ben Marshall); Vannessa Jackson, Tesha Kondrat, Jake Nordwind, Ben Silva, and, as of John Mulaney's fifth time hosting, Rosebud Baker, Clare O'Kane, and Nicole Sun. Also, Streeter Seidell and Alison Gates became head writers while Anna Drezen left to do a show on Freeform.
You gonna comment this on every video?
@@BecauseIWannaComment it bother u?
@@jirving3001 SNL draws some serial posters doing cut-and-paste, but will never be as irritating as the upvotes for people whose sole contribution is quoting the skit we all just watched.
Isnt che one of the head writers now?
I'll remember Aidy's "STOP SAYING RAW INTERCOURSE!" for the rest of my days.
As someone in HR, I'm writing up all the writers and I'd like to schedule an emergency workplace harassment seminar.
Make sure you pick an attractive coworker to give the seminar with, so you can have raw intercourse with them after!
@@romilrh that's the best part
Thanks for telling UA-cam you're poor
Never report anything to HR. The are there to protect the company, not you.
@@andrewhall6401 it could be worse!
"and then, when you finish typing your types" 😂 for some reason that was my favorite line
I’m going to put that in my next annual review as one my accomplishments: “I always finish typing my types on time!” 🤣😂
oscar issac was SO good last night. he led so many of the sketches and killed it each time. great ep
His performance here is about as good as it gets. He’s so natural- strong actor.
Lowkey, a company hiring a performance group like this wouldn't be the worst idea - uniting around a common enemy is great for workforce morale.
and at this point raw intercourse might improve my job!
@@tracyjames2046 lol
Well, it's more like "stop complaining because it could be worse", which would be an awful thing for a company to do.
But we already HAVE a common enemy to unite against........... the people that OWN the company. Now do you wanna be unionizing your work place or working out the Ikea instuctions on this guillotine because I swear I must be using the wrong size alan key (alan wrench for those in the US).
@@tracyjames2046 STOP SAYING RAW INTERCOURSE!
Oh SNL, you had me at "raw intercourse" LMFAO 🤣😂
STOP SAYING RAW INTERCOURSE!!! 😉😭
I am so curious who wrote this line! I bet it was the "Please Don't Destroy" writers. lol
I've loved him in just about everything I've seen and I just want more Oscar Isaac
Definitely a solid actor!
You're in luck,
'Moon Knight' starts at the end of the month.
He was amazing in Dune. A perfect Leto. One of the best actors in the movie.
@@TheBlindRaven omg Stephon..I love you chartor.

That's what happens when real actors host instead of Kardashians.
@@K4R3N their season was still funny compared to some seasons.
He's an Ex Machina.
Friday’s at 6am on The Weather Channel is a 10/10 joke that will get way too overlooked
No. I saw it.
the weather channel is like the last remaining bastion of informational content that hasn't fallen victim to reality TV so i definitely appreciated that punchline
I saw that too and wondered if that was directed at Byron Allen??
@@dietotaku you're kidding, right? TWC literally has reality "weather" shows.
I knew Cecily was going to want to do some kind of insane sketch with Oscar, but I didn't know it would be this...they sure went all out.
The best part is Aidy crying, "Raw intercourse???"
"Stop saying 'RAW INTERCOURSE'!!!" 🤣
I have such a specific sense of humor and this is the first skit in a long time to perfectly fit it! I love it when SNL is surrealist and dark, but not offensive. This was great!
You should see the human centipede now that was funny
Extremely offensive wow
@@barbieblue3336 your face is offensive.

It seems like almost every HR harassment training I've ever experienced has been way more inappropriate and gross than things you might actually encounter in day-to-day work.
We need examples please 🤣
@@travelfoodielove I still think back to the day that I started at a large internet company, and we were supposed to have harassment training. The presentation didn't have any examples of situations built in to it, so the presenters thought it was a good idea to make up their own. That day we'd had someone leading us around the campus and showing us different aspects of the workplace, and the harassment training class was part of that. They kept coming up with examples of different possible kinds of harassment, but they would go way overboard with each example. At the end of it, after the class was done, the person who was leading us around the campus stopped to talk to us, and she said that she hadn't known what was going to be in the harassment training, but that she found it really offensive, too, like we had, and she apologized to us.
@@theedgeofoblivious lmfaoooo omg I’m sorry you had to go through that lollll
As someone who had the misfortune to work in HR for eight years, you would be astounded by the inappropriate and gross things that genuinely do frequently happen. And I worked in a goddamn museum!

“Stop saying raw intercourse !” 😂
“What are we supposed to do with this information?” 😂☠️
"He was saying nice"
"He said Hey nice?" 💀
This sketch was ridiculous which is my sense of humor 🤣😭
Ok
“Kevin - Fridays at 6am on the Weather Channel” got me 😂
If Kenan were an office employee, he'd be HR's most frequent visitor.
😂🤣😂
You mean his character Kevin?
Whoever wrote this sketch needs a promotion at SNL. This is funny for multiple reasons. 😂
So many multiples.
I read it was the guys from Please Don't Destroy (which makes perfect sense 😂) and if I'm not mistaken Colin Jost as well.
From the time they said, "blow your brains out," it felt like a Sarah Squirm sketch. I don't know if she writes for the show too or if she's only a cast member though.
No, it's not. Your just used NBC approved comedy.
I choked on my popcorn when he said "raw intercourse" 😂😂
You eat popcorn while watching snl clips on youtube?
Definitely be interesting to see the harassment training at the “It Could Be Worse” group.😂
Also, Oscar just assuming the women have hunky husbands and the men have wives in the “shrill, nagging” category.😆
As someone who divorced shrill, nagging wives twice, I find the description to be surprisingly accurate. 😅
@@kjb379 Twice?
but does it imply that the women who are gong home to their hunky husbands are shrill and nagging
@@kjb379 look inward mate
@@kjb379 that tells me ur the problem. Because here’s a food for thought, they wouldn’t have to nag you if you did something the first time. 😊
So many good lines.Everybody got "raw intercourse" but that subtle you see a man and you see a woman, a woman in a dress suit with nothing on underneath was a stealthy line amidst all the other great lines. And even if unrealated, that is including the stall jokes.
Deadass my last sexual harassment training at work went like this. We've had 4 HR directors in 6 years btw.
Did those HR directors have raw intercourse?
@@P1x3lMagic Let’s ask Kevin - he might have footage
The call is coming from inside the house.
Damn Oscar Isaac is actually hilarious, even though SNL definitely hired him because he’s the newest marvel actor
3:41 Cecily says everything, but Oscar sells it HARD with insane facial expressions.
Just fucking peak comedy.
How can an HR person not watch this and realize they’ve wasted their lives
"STOP SAYING RAW INTERCOURSE!" lives rent free in my head
3:10 when they all almost broke at here 😂
"Your face was fully under my stall!" Had me dying
🤣🤣🤣 and they wonder why people prefer to work from home….

Oscar Isaacs does comedy so well.
Best host this year iMO. Oscar Isaac is a natural in comedy. Hopefully he'll do more SNL and comedic stuff.
Not even close. John Mulaney had by far and away the best episode this season.
@@AnonYmous-wf1oz Nah. The only one remotely funny was the slime skit and thats because he sorta broke character. His shit is predictable.
@@AnonYmous-wf1oz he said in his opinion
I’ve noticed this season there has been much less teleprompter reading during sketches. While this has led to more blown lines, it’s much more enjoyable to watch. They must have responded to criticism on that
How many times do I have to tell you? SNL uses cue cards. They've NEVER used a Teleprompter.
What does blown lines mean?
Cocaine. 😳
They've done things the same way for 50 years. They use cue cards and frequently change lines last minutes so some lines get screwy. This season has been mostly decent actors and former SNL alumni so everyone is just better and actually want to be there to deal with covid restrictions, not some PR joke like Elon Musk.
the way cecily said "blow my friggin brains out" was VERY tim robinson. love it
That skit was like something out of 90's SNL.
I love Oscar’s voice
Oscar has a perfect comic timing
I love how Kenan Thompson always plays the pervy character everyone seems to forgive 😂😂.
Congrats SNL "raw intercourse" is 100% what I'm calling it from now on - my girlfriend is going to be pissed.
U go bro
Yes they did lmao. I love when Cecily says “fat bottom sandwich” i salivated
This skit is hysterical. I love Oscar and Cecily together. 😂💜😂
😂 haven’t laughed like that in a minute
I was great when they all almost broke.
This makes me think of Michael Scott’s hatred of Toby on The Office. LOL
Toby ruined all of Michael's fun lol
They have a point about it being worst, but I also think that improv groups are getting weirder and weirder with each passing second.

If you are sexually harassed at work in a physical manner don’t waste time with hr, call the cops first and file a report, then go to hr, with a lawsuit 😂
I wish this hr "could be worse" team was worse than my company's hr team. It could definitely be worse than this. This shit, this would be fine.
So strong. Snl is on another level this weekend
This Oscar Isaac guy seems alright. Somebody should give him a part in something because I think he's got a big career ahead of him.
I hope you’re joking! Lol
@@kateb1362 Yes, yes I am.
This was comedy gold lol
I had a dishwasher at my first restaurant job who used to trap me in the dish room and grab my tits. This same guy stabbed someone in the alley behind the restaurant during a fight over a craps game--on the clock, yes--so he wasn't *just* creepy but WELL known to be dangerous. I was told I was overreacting by refusing to go into the dish room when he worked.
There's your daily and very real dose of "It could be worse."
Was he reported to the police? He seems like he could hurt someone else soon
oh my god im so sorry that happened to you!! what a sick fuck omg

They absolutely nail people who teach seminars. Or,as they were called, inservices. Oh,those human services days!
Great sketch! And a strong ending!
2:43 got me cracking up. That mimicking though lol.
Wow this was amazing those two together is something
Every Workplace has a Kevin.
I don't think I've ever seen Bowen break character. Nice.
Just when I thought no plot twist could get me like the fact that they're an improv group and not HR, we find out this is a show called "Kevin!" that airs on the Weather Channel. 😂
Omg, the last line of this skit! Thank you Keenan!
That ending was a bit of a twist.
The end with Keenan with the gopro on his head asking what stall they are going to be in!!! lmfao
My day job is the worst! I’m pretty sure they got inspiration for this character from my HR rep.lol.
Omg they did it. They actually wrote a funny coherent ending to an average sketch.
The only thing winning at this meeting is Aidy's dress.

Actually more useful than an actual HR department.
I love this skit so much. There are more than a few jokes, and all of them land.
Haha Donnie and Marie. (For those too young to get the reference Donnie and Marie were a sibling singing duo from the 1970s that had their own tv show).
For the first time ever I am in full agreement with HR.
The writers were on fire this whole episode!!
~Cecily is just too good, in everything she does~ Why could I watch her play this character for 3 hours, and actually most of her characters?~ Even the smaller lines from her are great, like ~"We're clapping for YOU...." and "It could be wayyyy worse..."
Mercy. That’s every HR training I’ve ever been to.
I legit LOL at this! It was actually hilarious!
Omg I laughed so hard at this. And it's 5:40 am. My neighbor must think I'm nuts🤣🤣🤣
I love Ego. She’s always so believable.
Even Oscar's wig alone makes this skit hilarous to me.
Oscar Isaac is so talented. SML was fortunate to have him as their guest.
Cecily and Che are the funniest and most talented people on this show by far
Cecily is great at corporate boss vibe
This was crazy!!! The line about husbands and wives killed me!
I love the little tv outros for all of these sketches
Wow, these HR reps actually seem to be accessible. My companies HR department is a website that freezes and needs constant password updates that aren’t accepted, and one person working from home who may, or may not pick up the phone after being on hold for an hour.
🤣🤣🤣
This is phenomenal
