15 minutes is appealing to a lot, even 30 mins is. I think long workouts is a big factor that makes people hesitate. It's way I mention to the people I work with overseas that they only need to spend 10 to 15 minutes in a day to practice to stay on top, which is so much more manageable.
Hi! Such a good question. No there is no specific warmup. Their recommendation from their podcast is to warm up with 1-3 priming movements such as hip rotations, combat stretch and body weight good mornings or something like rhat
Lowered my workout to 5 exercises 2sets to 3 sets. I can get it done in about 30 mins with a warm up. I’m loving it
Dude yes!!! I've been in the same boat over the years. Slowly decreasing sets and exercises and I love these 15-20 minute workouts
