What's the gameplay like? Are all 10 games under the same icon on the Switch menu?

Yes. One icon on the switch menu. Once you start it, you can choose one from the 10 games.

Are there any update downloads for either cartridges?
Also, vol 3 and 4 were just announced and are up on playasia if you were interested.
Pretty sure vgp will get vol 3 and 4 as well.

hey friend, when you put in the Switch does the titles display as English or Japanese? I see two versions in PlayAsia, Japan and Asia. The Asia copy has English cover art.

When your Switch language settings is English, the titles display as English. When your Switch language settings is Japanese, the titles display as Japanese. I hope this helps!
