Even though im a paramedic working on the 911 side of things listening to zachs differentials and process of elimination helps me so much as a provider despite not usually having access to labs when evaluating my patients. Learning about the labs and what they mean about each clinical condition is just a plus in expanding my knowledge. Thank you so much!! Absolutely love the podcast and its case scenario format!

I really enjoyed this video. One thing that I would have liked to see differently is rather than preface each case with the acid-base disorder, allow Zach to figure it out while the case is being presented.

I’m sorry you feel that way. These newer style lectures are still packed full of information, still include whitebord discussion, diagnostic algorithms and treatment focus. These are free and I think very valuable in anyone’s studies. Sorry they aren’t meeting your expectations
