Fun Fact: I finished this video before the Pokemon Direct was Announced🤣🤣 I'm so thankful they are taking their time on Legends Z-A and its not coming out till 2025. I hope its actually good, let me know what you guys think.
Palworld is more Ark than it is Pocket Monsters so it’s not really an effective substitute for those looking for that kinda game. If it lights a fire under TPC’s ass tho then it still did its job imo
I'm not gonna lie, the fact that it took them 4 generations to have Charizard and Blastoise have their attacks actually "snap" to where they were always animated in the anime and some of the older games to be shown where they should come out. Not Charizard having flamethrower come out above its nose, and not Blastoise doing every water attack from its mouth. I dunno it just bugs me.

I’ll give BDSP this- It cured my nostalgia blindness. No seriously, BDSP singlehandedly made me realize that original DP was trash and I should’ve gotten Platinum over Diamond… it’s almost like it’s just an HD Remaster than a Remake
15:26 ...literally no one in those screenshots you presented are even talking about crunch? one guy is basically outright saying "even if the quality is poor it'll still sell, so your hard work to make the game better doesn't matter". if anything, game freak is facing the exact *opposite* problem of "crunch" i also want to add that palworld really isn't competition for game freak. and i'm not even saying this to look like a loyal game freak defender, but the truth is that palworld is only making an EXTREMELY tiny dent on the biggest fictional media franchise in the entire world. as you've pointed out, game freak's response to palworld was just "yes, we know about it. stop asking us to take legal action because we don't care". i completely agree that game freak NEEDS competition in order to truly improve pokemon as a whole, but palworld really isn't the competition that will push game freak to do so.
I was there from the very beginning in '96, but even an old guy like me still considers Generation III the best and most enjoyable generation. Of course, I retired at the end of that generation, so I'm super biased, but I got back into it with Sword, so I'd rank them: 1. R/S/E - 10/10 2. FR/LG - 9.5/10 3. G/S/C - 8.5/10 without nostalgia 4. S/V - 8/10 5. R/B/Y - 7.5/10 without nostalgia 6. S/S - 7/10 Also, much love to Colosseum and Gale of Darkness.
It seems to be the only game they’re working on (other than the TCG mobile game) and it’s not releasing in the same year. Yet again, I still don’t trust them.
@@InfinityFantasya year is like nothing for game dev though and they didn't show any gameplay (meaning there's probably no gameplay to show yet). I'm not getting my hopes up.
A low effort game that only had one real thing to do for hours on end, a story that equates to little more than In Another World with my Smartphone, and characters whose entire schtick is can you guess which previous character my design is based off of?
Here's my Pokemon remakes take: Remakes should always _always_ be of the "third version" - Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, Platinum - not two separate versions _yet again_ . This includes for the generations where there _wasn't_ a third version, the much later remake _being_ the third version is even better than actually getting it in _that_ generation. The remake should give you the region's entire dex, multiple gyms beyond the base eight if necessary, and all the postgame content. You should get Pokemon Gray and Gray 2, not Pokemon Marble White and Onyx Black. You should get Pokemon Z, not Pokemon Horizontal X and Vertical Y. You should get Pokemon Knight's Harness, not Pokemon Sharp Sword and Sturdy Shield with Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra DLCs that might not even get remade.
Gen 3 is the one I play the most. My favorite is Gen 2. I even play Sanqui so I can use Houndoom in gen 1. But most of the time I use Fire Red to have Houndoom in a Kanto playthrough.....
I played Gen 1 and Gen 2 the most. I like 2 the most but I think objectively Gen 3 is better (able to separate my nostalgia from my game design experience deep cuts). Mostly I like _watching_ Pokemon content on UA-cam and looking at things like move lists and stat spreads, not so much actually playing the games.
I just wanna see my boy lucario tossing hands with glorious animations is that so much to ask gamefreak....(also i wanna be an aura guardian in the next game)
I can give you plenty. Number 1 it's in HD. Number 2 it's on the Switch. Number 3 it has the fairy type. Number 4 it has the EXP share. Number 5 it has the friendship mechanic. Number 6 overworld Pokemon in the underground. Number 7 every legendary from gens 1-4 are available in it. Number 8 it has following Pokemon. Number 9 The Arceus event is both in the game and always obtainable. Number 10 It has character outfits.
Game Freak can do whatever they want as long as they don’t fuck up their older games. I lost track with keeping up with the new PKMN games a long time ago and I probably won’t have time to catch up anyway.
I'm glad that GameFreak are making Pokemon Legends Z-A. This is gonna be the Pokemon Z people have been wanting after leaving us with many mysteries in X and Y

Pokemon z kind of just got announced
So?
Lame
So... The announcement of another Legends game, a game that was barely more than a proof of concept in its first run... Is a high quality game to you?
Just like you@@Rough_Estimates

Am I the only one who didn't find any glitches in Scarlet and Violet?
I didn't either
ikr the worst i got was fps drops and background flickering
Yeah lol

I've been binging your content for the past week and am genuinely baffled you don't have more subscribers. Your videos are amazing, keep it up!!

What’s your expectations for Pokémon legends Z-A

Thank god they are taking their time on this one I hope.
It's time for Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Monster Rancher, Neopets, Yo-Kai Watch, Bakugan, Monsuno, Palworld, TemTem, Monster Hunter to shine on the spotlight.
Pokémon should go back to being a Japanese series it once was. The Ken Sugimori and Kouki Saitou art styles should have been used.
Can't wait for Mega Meganium in Pokemon Z

I agree. They should stop trying this Open World crap. They should bring the game back to it's roots when it was actually unique and fun.

Of course you start it off with the song that got ruined by memes.
Song at 7:11?

brilliant diamond and shining pearl is probably the most insulting game I have ever seen, I don't think there's a single way it's better than platinum

How many are changes that improve the game significantly in a positive way?
Its not super slow like the originals
@@diandre2530that’s only Diamond and Pearl. Platinum fixed all the speed issues.
Pokémon Emerald is the GOAT
Why can't we play as the pokemon we have and have a online mode like the pokemon league and a Pokemon stadium
Would love to see your opinion on the recent Pokémon ZA, and I can only hope Ash-Greninja returns
HONEST CONTENT! LETS GO

Nutzo timing with this one man 😂you spoke and they listened
Love this one!
Looking at this title… gee, you must really hate Pokémon!
I would kill to let another company handle Pokemon, Game Freak is a bunch of old generation, un-talanted, refusing to learn developers.
Hot take: Pokemon should bring back sprite work.
That's the coldest take ever
