So glad to hear it @leslieduong8349. Thanks for commenting.
thanks Patrick and your team for you work and helping people to relax
I like your voice but i think your missing a better background ambience music. Try the creator astral doorway, I love his background music !
Hi Patrick. On the exhale, it feels like an effort for me. Slowing it down makes it feel a bit more laboured. How do I improve this?
And is there a slight pause at the end of the exhale?
Hi @YokohamaYokoso
Your exhale should be as relaxed as possible. Are you able to just allow the natural contraction of your breathing muscles to exhale?
Try not to force anything. After you inhale, the air will naturally start to leave your body as the breathing muscles and diaphragm contract.
And yes, there is a slight pause at the end of the exhale.
How does anyone sleep with pillow in that angle ?!
Thank you Patrick for this beautiful video. I am using it every night because I have insomnia. It helps so much. It’s amazing how you know all the problems people have due to irregular breathing like anxiety, sleep apnea, panic disorder, overthinking. I just love you. ❤
Thank you very much for your kind words @ruthhayon4860.
I guess if you study breathing for over 20 years, you pick up a couple of tips. 😀
Thanks for the comment.
I try to hear ur every video. This video,i think based on yoganidra. Which is vastly popular in India.
Yoga nidra is amazing!
