This is golden!!! Thank you. I’m halfway through a BSN program & the head to toe assessment we’re told to do is crazy!!! I’m a CNA in a hospital & never seen a med/surg nurse go that in depth 😅 I see them do what you do so going to write these steps down to keep handy

Thank you! I've been wondering when and where a full head to toe assessment is done like it's taught in health assessment. I've never seen a nurse do one in clinical, but we're always told to do an assessment and I never know what the real expectation is!
