ABOUT
Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.
He also holds the records as the UKs best powerlifter with 1100kg, and the British Log Press record with 215kg.

I love the informal style of Graham's behind the scenes vids. They are chilled and nobody is playing up to the cameras; feels like you're a fly on the wall.
You should do once a bodybuilding competition. Your arm/shoulder development belongs onto a bodybuilding stage.
Great athletes out there! The competition just felt a little corrupted since Eddie is a part owner and he was allowed to break the rules in the hammer hold.

Hand cream for your calluses. In rock climbing we try to keep the skin as soft as possible so if skin tears it doesn't come off in big chunks like calluses do. Common belief is harder the skin the tougher it is. This is a misconception. Supple hands, soak in hot water dry and moisturise. I'm not sure how practical it is for you or if its too little to late.

@@GordonHeaney Stoltmans pulled out ages ago. Singleton tore a bicep not long ago and only just started training again. Bobby Thompson was there, and got injured on the deadlift.

Bryce is such a snake! XD Wonder if he's offered the Stotlman's any new "deals" lately...

@@iainmackenzie1099 Stotlman was recorded by an organizer of a different series who was trying to get Luke and Tom on board with his show. Stoltman said "Nah, we stick with Giants Live and WSM because Colin (Bryce) offered us the same deal he offered Eddie Hall, changing events in our favour etc. So we're gonna go with that!". In other words, Bryce and Hall had been cheating for years, including WSM2017, changing events to favour Eddie over his opponents, and Stoltmans had agreed to cheat too! Making their wins suspect forever also.
Bryce is a proper snake. Eddie too (obviously). And the Stoltmans, even though its a sad shame, two snakes - to take unfair advantage over their "competitors" that way.

@@jameshoward9910 You a strongman fan? You understand that certain athletes have bogey events, and strong events? That this has ALWAYS been the way, barring a handful of all rounders like Kaz and Magnus Ver, since 40 years?
No way in hell (barring injury or mistake) that Ted Van Der Parre beats Jamie Reeves on the overhead press. No way in hell that OD Wilson beats Jon Pall on the medley. And no way in hell Eddie beats Thor or Shaw on the barrel throw. Understand?
Thats why the events are pre-planned, to cover ALL aspects of strength in the contest - to provide AN EVEN PLAYING FIELD! And a FAIR CONTEST!
If two teams are playing basketball, and one team has an average height of 6'7", the other 6'2", would it be fair to increase the height of the basket by 10%? Who do you think would win?
You dummy. It's okay being an Eddie Hall fanboy. A cheerleader. But to say that changing events to suit a PARTICULAR athlete over another/others, the day before a final (or ANY time), is the most corrupt, unprofessional and scummy thing to do. Especially if you're "business partners" and have financial interests in a certain athlete winning.
In any other professional sports, you're talking fines, you're talking handing back medals or trophys, you're talking being BANNED and possibly jail!
