Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.
He also holds the records as the UKs best powerlifter with 1100kg, and the British Log Press record with 215kg.

Graham something that helped my tendonitis in my elbow was doing 10 sets of 3-4 chin ups explosively. Went away completely within one or two weeks doing it twice a week

The only way ill ever walk into 310 kg like that is using a forklift. A good one. Hopeful you can stay fit. And go after the deadlift at around 90%.

When should you start using a belt, when you deadlift and squat ?
As early as you can really
It's a tool to help brace harder which then protects you. It's you that gives u more support because you have something to push against
@@TheHixxy1985 im up to 155kg for 6 times 4 in deadlift atm and squat is 123kg for 6 reps for 4 sets. How do you find the right belt ?
