Good work, and nice shooting! What time of year was this? I’ve been spoiled by the clear water in Florida. I’m not comfortable in that murky water anymore. Had me holding my breath with my pulse racing just watching.
No worries, I had the same questions. All we are doing is freediving, which means we are holding our breath the entire time, no air tanks. It takes a long time to be able to increase one's down time. When I first started I could not even dive down 15 ft or even hold my breath for longer than 15seconds. However, there are certain things to do both inside and out of the water that can increase your lung capacity and overall increase your breath holds. But the biggest help for me was just going out and diving and practicing. Overtime, your comfort level will increase in the water and you will be able to hold your breath for longer. If you want me to elaborate on what I do specifically that led to a longer downtime, let me know and I can explain!
This the first two piece open cell wetsuit that I have owned. The Yamamoto neoprene is very nice yet delicate. Solid suit overall, just have to rinse after every use. My buddy throws it into the washer once a month with some bleach on light cycle to get that fish smell out. Works great! Thanks for watching !

Hey brotha. Excuse the newbie question but how do you stay down so long on a snorkel?
