The video description says " harvest every day" however in the video all the mushrooms been picked at once. I wouldn't want to pick them all at once and be able to pick the vegetables at the time of need. But no info on the time frame of when you must harvest in any of the videos.
It grows very fast even after harvest. We usually call first harvest - first flush.
I would love to know what temperature is best to grow these? In a basement/garage? Greenhouse? Cool part of the yard? 🤷♀
