Love squats in the hot tub and negative weight banded bodyweight squats to get more flexion extension between those heavy days. Also making heavy knee forward loading every 14 days has helped, and some stretching for hip flexors between those heavy days. It's a balancing act. Same with hard mountain biking, every 14 days is about all it can handle
Breakfast foods are goated. A couple of croissants, bread with butter and gravlax, scrambled eggs, a protein shake - that's easily 1000kcal right there.
For me when I’m bulking I eat generally healthy for the first 2700ish calories and then add like a 500 calorie pastry or something early in the day then add another similar calorie dessert late in the day. Not a perfect diet but damn is it easy and delicious.
