How does programming like this work? (ie not percentage based) it seems much simpler than a percentage based program and seems like a lot of people use it (you, John Haack, etc)
I use percentages and RPE in my programs. Usually I pick a number that I want to end the block with, and then I work my way backwards week by week with the jumps that I’ve determined are best for that individual or myself
100th sub checking in.
This is nuts
the 202.5 bench pause was solid bro !
Thank you!
You know you are a real powerlifter when you get hungry during your workouts
I’m a bodybuilder/weight trainer. Just for my own fitness. Cool for me to see a powerlifting program! You’re pushing really heavy weight man! Awesome!
Thanks for watching!
The bench was crazy man, sick lifts
Very nice video sir, really like the style and just the whole week of videos. ❤

Bro ur shoulders and back are big af, bro said powerlifters are aesthetic too
Great video. Why do you do high reps (10+) on accessory exercises. Wouldn't you be stronger doing 5 reps?
Im trying to build muscle without too much fatigue or injuring myself. And I do plenty of training in the 1-8 rep range with my competition movements
Thanks for the reply.
