FS7 wins every time if you care about production value. For the price of one FX3 you can buy FOUR FS7s. From a media production standpoint this is invaluable.
I'm a bit concerned that your FX3 doesn't focus on your face during the talking head part. I liked the FS7 better. I think the FS7 II would probably be a steal at current used prices.
I have both the FS7m2 and FX3 and love them both! They are both excellent cameras and the FS7m2 is still very relevant as a professional piece of gear. I actually prefer it in some outdoor scenes to the FX3 but the FX3 definitely is more useful in lower light due to it's dual native ISO capabilities.
In the hands of a professional seasoned shooter, either camera will deliver. This comparing this comparing that movement is just garbage. I still use the FS7 for all my commercial, doco and ENG work.
Merci de ta vidéo, que penses tu de la fs7 a l' heure actuelle pour de la captation de spectacles(sur pieds en intérieur basse lumières et hautes lumières a cause des projecteurs) ?
@04:08 Your take on depth of filed is not right. As you are using the same lens on both the cameras without any speed booster or anything, you get a closer look on fs7 and to make the image look similar what you practically did is moved the fx3 closer to the subject. What this did is, it made the fx3 image to have a shallower depth of field than the fs7.

Great review. I use fs7 and fx30 and I must say it’s amazing to see how fs7 holds up till now despite its age
I completely agree, I still use it as my B camera and it’s still great!
Thanks for putting this two cameras side to side. I would love to see more.
🔥🔥🔥🔥 nice shit bro
Just the video i was looking for. Thanks bro
nice job, thanks for your work
After colour correction you will not see any difference between the 2 cameras.

FS7 wins in shoulder rig operation. The form factor and internal ND make it a lot easier to use.
I own the two cameras and find it pretty hard to make the colors match... what would you recomend?

I love my Sony Fs7 it’s just a much versatile tool even though I have both
Hello, thank you for the video.
Did you use Fs7 mark 1 or Fs7 mark 2 ?
I use the Fs7 mark 1
Fs7 is amazing !! woww
Fs7 with speedbooster for low dof ?
I didn't have a speed booster in hand when making this but thats defiantly something I should do and will make the results even closer.
@@adrianrios33 the speed booster is very cool for me . Have you test a fs7 mark2 for magenta shifting ?
I don’t own the Sony Fs7 m2 but I’ve seen that it does better with the colors and doesn’t have that magenta shift as much.
I think i am biased towards the fx3

Absolutely, that’s exactly why the full frame has more shallow depth of field than a super 35 camera in terms of getting the same framing.
