Hi Melissa, I have dry skin, and I normally use Nivea Soft on my face. I'm thinking of using Cerave moisturising, but which is better for the face lotion or cream?
Well, overall, I think it is a good choice as CeraVe has a better formulation, with fewer concerning ingredients. However, Nivea also has some good products, although they may be a bit outdated in my opinion. For dry skin, you could use the CeraVe Facial Lotion as it is not as rich and feels very comfortable on the skin.

Every Night:
1. Cerave Renewing SA cleanser
2. Cetaphill daily facial cleanser
3. Paula's choice pore reducing toner
4. Vichy hydration booster serum
5. The ordinary alpha arbutin
6. Cetaphill eye cream
7. Cetaphill moisturizer

Can you please remind me of your skin concerns?
Also, you do not need to use two cleansers in the same routine; one is enough. You can use your Cetaphil cleanser in the PM and the SA cleanser in the AM.

@@hackerzoid7486 Ok, in that case, you do not need that many products. In fact, I recommend investigating the root causes of your acne and darkness around your mouth, such as lack of sleep, stress or mental health issues, environmental factors (air & water quality, washing detergent, etc), or your diet (such as consuming too much added sugar, processed food, fast food, or any food intolerance; like soy, milk, bread (gluten), eggs, chicken, etc).
Out of all the factors I've mentioned, your diet plays a huge role in how even-looking and healthy your skin appears.

Meanwhile, I would just do this:
AM:
Cleanser (one of them)
Toner or Hydration Booster
Alpha Arbutin
Eye Cream (optional)
Moisturizer (optional)
SPF (if you really have sun exposure; if you stay mainly indoors, you do not need it)
PM:
Cleanser (one of them)
Toner or Hydration Booster
Alpha Arbutin
Eye Cream (optional)
Moisturizer (optional)

Hello, I use this twice daily without any skin irritation (oily skin type). Am I able to introduce paula’s choice gel bha exfoliant (2-3 times / week) in addition to the cleanser? Thank you
It all depends on your skin tolerance. I can't tell you if you can do this that often and in combination with PC BHA exfoliant. You can try it; however, I suggest getting another cleanser, like a non-exfoliating acid cleanser, such as CeraVe Foaming Cleanser to alternate.
What's the difference between cerave SA cleanser and the new one Acne control with salicylic acid?
Well, the entire formulation of the two products is different, but the main distinction lies in the percentage of Salicylic Acid (SA) used. While there are rumors that the percentage of SA in this formulation is 0.5% or less, the Acne Control Cleanser contains 2% Salicylic Acid.
Hello. Is it fine to use this cleanser along with the SA smoothing cream and blemish control gel as an AM and PM skincare routine? I have really bad acne/blemish on my face and upper body (would buy acne control but im in the EU 😢)
You may be able to use them together; however, how often you're using these products and your skin tolerance matters a lot! I still recommend getting a non-exfoliating acid cleanser as well, such as CeraVe's Foaming Cleanser.

Hii melissa i have acne prone skin and ive been using this cleanser and with this I'm using nutrogena water gel in pm and in Am i add one more products which is cera v facial moisturising lotion spf 30 is this okay ?
If you're looking for a moisturizer with SPF, you can use this one:

However, if you have acne-prone skin, it may not be the best formulation for you. I would recommend using Good Molecules Mineral SPF 30 or NIOD Survival 30 as both are excellent mineral sunscreens that are less likely to interact with the skin cells, making them better suited for acne-prone skin. If you find that they are not hydrating enough, you can simply use the Neutrogena Water Gel before applying the sunscreen.

@@alinaasad2706 Well, the Neutrogena Water Gel is a moisturizer, while the CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 is a sunscreen marketed as a moisturizing sunscreen. So, you can certainly use both products individually. I just wanted to mention that the regular formulation may not be the best choice for acne-prone skin, as it can be too heavy.

Generally, it should not be an issue as it is a gentle formulation.

Twice a day may be a bit too much, as it has a drying formulation. Therefore, it's best to alternate with another hydrating foaming cleanser.

If your skin tolerates it, then yes. If not, consider using one of them, or both, but less frequently.

What are your skin concerns?
Also, consider using either Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide products. Using too many potent and drying products in one routine can lead to dryness and/or irritations.
