Just got my Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer and I am in LOVE...
i've had the kuvings for about 2 weeks. it's my first slow juicer (i had a centrifugal ejection juicer before). a great upgrade! so far so good! i've been juicing every day.

Thanks for this video. I have been anxiously debating wether to get the slowstar or kuvings whole juicer. I think although the kuvings has the wide feed chute, the slowstarbis more band for the buck.....thanks again john, you are great for doing what you do.

John, in this and in the Kuvings unboxing video, you say the Kuvings comes with three brushes. When I received my Kuvings last week (preorder from your store), I opened it and there are only TWO brushes included...the pipe cleaning brush is not included in the box, and it is not mentioned in the instruction book (the other two are). Did I get an older model somehow, or are you mistaken about the pipe cleaner brush? Kuvings really should include it; there are parts of the juicer that are impossible to clean without a brush like that.

@P-sharp, I cut off the peel before I put it in, depending on the size of the mango I usually have to cut it up but not to much with the Kuvings. Most of the recipes that come in the kuvings book are actually quite delicious so a recipe book included is a plus especially the mango tango fruit juice that is in the recipe book. It is best to wait for johns juice off to decide on a juicer. He will explain in better detail what machine is better for people who are doing certain things.
I love, love,love my Omega. Easy to use, clean up is simple.

Have been contemplating buying a juicer for months now. Was looking at the Kuvings Whole but saw John's video on the SlowStar. Then saw his video on the Kuving Whole...now I am at a stand off. Which one do I get? John please do a video comparing these two juicers. We are ready to buy!
@P-Sharp, I recommend waiting for john to do a juice off before you decide. I personally like the Kuvings whole slow juicer the best. I juice a lot of mangos, dragon fruits, star fruits, etc and it just makes it that much better to not have to cut it so much. I myself do not have a problem with not having a tray but I understand many people do like that on a juicer. It juices many other things greatly as well I've tried all of johns recipes that he's put on UA-cam and each one is delicious out of the kuvings.
yea i dont care about the trey..how is the clean up time? do you cut the mango or throw it in there as whole?
Is there a vertical slow juicer that also juices wheatgrass?
wouldn't it be easier to move the juicers rather than trying to squeeze between them? other than that, very awesome! thank you very much, John. going to get a Kuvings!

Oh...I don't like the "On/Off switch" on the Kuvings...what is up with that? You have to hold onto it into some unknown position and/or for some unclear amount of time to get it to stay on. Am I doing something wrong!?!?! :) I wish it just turned on.
Omega VRT falling further and further behind the times... even though everyone else seemed to copy their design and even use the same parts
