Thanks for the video. Mine seems to stick to the bottom no matter how much oil I coat the plate. What am I doing wrong? And I steamed it for 3mins and still some bits are uncooked😞
Same here. I tried to make it thin but the batter crumbled like a dry dessert when I tried to make it thin. And when I made it thicker, they were still undercooked, crumbly and too thick
Hi I tried this with just the rice flour and corn starch and it ended up being crumbly and dry when I tried to make it thin. Then even when thick, it was still falling apart. I dont have tapioca starch so I only used corn starch
no, corn starch is just the starch that is found in the corn dehydrated and turned into a fine powder, and corn flour is the entire grain processed to a fine powder that we call flour, this also contain starch but it's not only starch, u can use other starch like tapioca, potato, sweet potato, of course they vary but with a few practice you can get the hand of, you can look in here (youtube) for some vids about how grain is processed to make flour, or what is starch really
Easy technique though making so many steamed rice rotis is tedious. Some Indian food compay shud make & market rice noodles instead of us paying through d nose for high priced imported rice stick. So much rice is grown in india
