^^ no muscles no movements, and the eyes are an important part in the martial arts, actually i am practicing at the moment to use my eyes more ;) i want to know in which direction i am hitting and it supports my Yi to lead the Qi. I like to close my eyes when i am doing my still qi gong, but that's another story. anyway thanks for your comment, maybe one day i can understand the meaning of the form, greets

Hello. Your taiji stick form is very good. Your taiji is good, really! What is the name (or number) of this stick form. Have you got some reference book to use to learn it (english is better)? And, how much long is the stick? What is the type of wood? I'm sorry for all these questions, but i want to learn it because it is so beauty and harmonius. Thanks for the inspiration.
This looks more like a qiang(spear) routine than gun(staff) routine, wouldn't you say? I see a lot of moves in there that I've seen used in another spear routine awhile back. Sorry, I can't recall the name. Still, your entire set is very nice, whether it is staff or spear. I like any style that is slow and graceful.

Eine wunderschöne Form wird hier m. E. meisterlich vorgeführt. Ich meine, hier auch die Elemente und Prinzipien der inneren Form / inneren Kampfkunst zu erkennen nach Huang Xing Xian bzw. nach seinem Meisterschüler Patrick Kelly aus Australien. Diese inneren Prinzipien fehlen leider bei den meisten Videos bzw. Vorführungen. Aus Unkenntnis ? Oder noch nicht so weit gekommen ? Dann viel Freude und Erfolg für alle Neugierigen Taiji-Tänzer auf ihrem Weg ... ;o)

using your muscles too much. using your eyes too much. use your chi, and soften your eyes to feel the form flow through you. now you know the form. learn the meaning of the form.
