I still need to track, just doing IF by itself it's not going to get me into a caloric deficit. If I don't track at all, my body and mind will find clever unconscious ways to get me to eat more. Not gonna lie, it's nearly impossible to eat 3k calories in a 4 hour window, with healthy foods(crucial, otherwise just eat cake), but if I don't track, I'll under eat say 2k and I'm tired the whole evening time to bed and I need to top up at least 500 to be able to function, otherwise my energy levels are low AF aaand back to tracking. Sure, I can just stick to the 2k calories in a short window , but that means weeks of no energy during the evening so might as well call it starvation. IF doesn't work for everyone the same, but it's a nice tool. Nothing against it, it works, but I still need to track.
I’m a little confused by your comment because you originally say if you do not track, it’s tough to get into a caloric deficit. Then you follow that by saying it’s almost impossible to eat 3k calories in a 4 hour window. Regardless, 4-hours is a tight window. Maybe 6-8 hour window could work better. My favorite when I was doing IF was eating between 2-8pm.
Thanks for the advice fam
Thanks for watching.

What about diet beverages?!
Definitely beneficial if you don’t abuse them. But I wouldn’t consider it a staple habit to success, partly because it can indirectly cause weight gain by triggering appetite.
Why are the cholesterol warnings bullshit?
Eggs are a natural food. Many people eat well over 5 eggs a day and have zero complications. Any time a food you can hunt or grow is labeled as a bad food, be skeptical.
