Yes, but some American commercial gyms use the system: red: 45lbs, blue: 35lbs, yellow: 25lbs, green 10lbs. It's stupid in my opinion.

You're not getting your elbow through, not fast enough and not far enough. You're trying to rack in an elbow down position. Additionally, reset your knees deeper, for a more dynamic contact. Klokov - "More violence in contact".

incredible! any tips for progression for a max 286lb FS intermediate? what reps / programmes helped you progress? 5x5 or squat every day?
5x5 is my go-to and sometimes I'll taper down to triples if I wanna get even stronger after I've been ripping the 5x5s. Squat everyday is not good for most people.
