    You're not getting your elbow through, not fast enough and not far enough. You're trying to rack in an elbow down position. Additionally, reset your knees deeper, for a more dynamic contact. Klokov - "More violence in contact".

    Glad you got it preferable 275 better working weight… you need stronger shoulders arms clean it up it sticks… prop max unless core thicker or stronger..cheers cute lifts
