I applaud your efforts to pull back the curtains, invite the sunshine in, and get out in it, as well. Additionally would very much enjoy watching your current take on the age old question: What’s for dinner?
I really do need to try and remember to pick the camera up and show ya'll what is, indeed, for dinner!
sunshine and fresh air is always good for you. Same with drinking water. Mindfulness of finding the blessings and little joys helps too. What we consume in all ways does have an effect on us. I love visiting with you since you live life and share it versus a lot of other vloggers who seem to have the never happy in life so must go and do and spend all the money which most people dont relate to.
I've always tried to stay true to myself in my videos...you get what you get with us!
I appreciate your openness to share your struggles.. I am right there with you with anxiety and depression. I take three different meds. The sunshine makes an amazing difference. I love your grocery hauls. We are a blanket family too. 😊❤
Blankets are life!
My favorite videos are your vlogs, just day to day what you all are up to. I also enjoy your what’s for dinner videos. I’m a long time viewer- love your channel!❤
Thanks for sharing!!
I love your grocery haul videos and dinner videos too! Your transparency with your struggles is inspiring! Hope that the sun helps you!!
Glad you like them!
I would like to see what’s for dinner!
Those tend to be popular! I need to try to remember to actually record at dinner time haha
We are a blanket family as well.
Thank you for sharing your struggles as it is nice to know you aren't the only one.
Video idea sharing dinners, process for meal planning and grocery ordering.
I love your day in the life videos.
I'm so glad! They're some of the easiest to make because I just bring ya'll along with me, so that makes me happy to hear.
Lots of sunshine, fresh air, and water helps me. I'm still fighting to get health insurance. They keep denying me because of my age. I'll watch anything you share.
It's a shame that anyone is denied health insurance, truly. I'm so sorry.
@@SimpleWifeSimpleLife yes, it is mostly those with an autoimmune disease.
So sorry you've been struggling lately. I hope your mental and physical health improves. Winter is so hard! And for me especially January! I'd love to see what's for dinners. I'm always on the hunt for more dinner ideas. I also love the DITL videos. Also I love the grocery hauls and the house projects you guys have been doing. :)
Thanks so much for sharing. You are certainly not alone in stuff. I’m old, I like a slow stable life. 🙀 life is full of stuff and things happen…..often it all makes a mess to sort out. ❤ oh, you blog whatever is doable for you and I’ll continue to watch. I do love grocery hauls and I like seeing what others are eating. My husband has health issues making his diet right now very restrictive.
It can be so hard to cater diet to health restrictions, for sure!
Ohio over here and I feel ya on the weather! I have SAD and PMDD so the weather for sure affects me. I recently bought a light therapy lamp, but haven’t been using it regularly to know if it works. Thanks for the video! ❤
I bought a light therapy lamp but it gave me headaches! No winning lol
@@SimpleWifeSimpleLife my next try was red light therapy lol but who knows 🤣
Have a great day!!!!
Same to you!
Btw thank you for being transparent about your mental health struggles. You are definitely not alone. ❤
I'm hoping it at least lets others know the same - they're not alone.
To add to that I have crohns disease and a rare retinal disease so am legally blind! So sleep doesnt come easy! Health struggles are so hard😢 sorry lady❤
Dinner videos 👍🏼I’m in a rut. It’s bad.
I am so with you and want to life you up! The weather does mees wiht ya! So glad you are back.! I would love to see what you all do for homeschooling?
Ha, both my kids have the matching sweater the plaid one the love it so much and cuddle with it when we do so much for homeschool and life.
We use Gather Round right now for our main curriculum! Then Alice does a hodge podge of Khan academy online for math and Jackson uses Teaching Textbooks online. Lots of reading, videos, hands on life experiences thrown in as well of course.
Thanks for sharing your journey with us.
Of course!!
I love you my best friend!
I love you as well!
So so good to see you been thinking about you guys. I love your house it has such a warm cozy feeling. The new addition is adorable they are so cute when they have a big smile. Always happy to see you even if you are just talking to us from the couch its nice to see you. Take care
Thank you so much for the feedback! It's truly appreciated. And isn't Ozzy a cutie? Their little smiles make me so happy!
I have MTHFR. I don't experience the extreme that it does to you but then again i don't know much either just know i have it. I should be taking folate as well. Honestly, I don't take care of it like I should ❤️
I think many of my autoimmune disorders stem from the MTHFR, as well as my history of miscarriages (5 pregnancies total, only 2 successfully carried to term). There's so much to it, it's kind of fascinating. But much of it is in medical jargon I don't understand lol
@@SimpleWifeSimpleLife In my early 20's I had my oldest son no issues. Starting 2019 I experienced secondary infertility due to my autoimmune stuff. 8 losses.. finally after seeing reproductive immunology I had my second son February 2023. It's terrible really...what we go through
@@heathergains2448 I feel for you. I can empathize.
I am on sybolta as well 120mg a day as well as other nerve medication i hear u about depression i have manic depression and am effected by weather dont skip meds i been on them for 3 years and notice straight away if i miss 1
I'm only on a low dose of cymbalta. They started me on 60mg and I was having horrible nightmares. Dropped down to 30mg/day and felt much better!
Hey what is that white box on the wall in the kitchen ? I’m sure you’ve told us before but I can’t recall
It's a heater
I asked the same question from the last video. It's a gas heater. It came with the house.
Natural gas heater! :)
How do you find the trazadone for sleep,? I have been on 100 to 200 mg a night for sleep for 2 years..but want to slowly stop it but I feel it causes withdrawal side effects after being on it that long! Have you ever gotten weird dizzy spells or felt faint randomly on it?
I don't take it nightly, only when I've been having an extra rough time.
You might want to consult with a naturopath and look up the WAPF diet.
I'll have to look into that! Never heard of it.
@@SimpleWifeSimpleLife its really helpful for inflammation and auto immune issues 😊
Has having a lizard vs a hamster been completely different?
Oh completely! More day to day care/needs, especially since Ozzy is still considered a baby. Once he hits 6 months we will go to feeding every other day, and then at a year old it goes to 1-2x a week. Hamsters would hoard their food in their burrows and not need fresh food daily. We also have to feed live bugs to Ozzy, so we're basically keeping a variety of bugs alive as WELL as a gecko haha
