I started a garden a few years ago. My advice is you will learn as you go. I studied lots but everything i did "correctly" killed or harmed my plants. take it on as a learning process. good luck
that's what i'm expecting - it'll have to be a learn as we go haha
Just a suggestion if you want to get rid of the brown paneling but don’t have the budget just paint over it. We actually did some remodeling on my in-laws house and we had to do that in 1 of their bedrooms. You’d never know it was brown. It actually brightened up the whole bedroom and looks completely different. Wallpaper is a pain in the butt, but they had some in their 2 front rooms and we just had our painter paint over it. Whoever owned this house before them even put wallpaper on top of the ceiling. 🤦♀️ They’ve been in their house for over 40yrs so it’s not perfect but it looks a lot nicer. I think you can garden. The hard part will be tilling and planting everything. If ever you decide you’re over it just buy some potting soil and sprinkle that all over the area and cover it with grass seed water it daily and it will grow in no time. 🤗

Love your videos. Unfortunately the super low interest rates we had probably won't return for a while. As inflation goes up, interest rates rise.
It seems like you got a decent rate, so in the future you will benefit. In the early 1980s rates were 17%+ at times. 7% is a fairly reasonable rate.
I hope the rates come down, but it might be a few years so I wanted to warn you.
Just a suggestion maybe try straw bales for gardening, raised not sure of cost but looks interesting.
I have had this. Still have a cough and runny nose. Was sick as hell for 6 days. The worst chest congestion I’ve ever had. The Dr said this doesn’t have a name but they call it- if Covid and pneumonia had a baby. It’s worse than Covid in my opinion. I needed a steroid pack from Dr bc my lungs were so full. Still full but better. I feel better but it’s not gone for sure
I have a standing RX for Prednisone for autoimmune issues so I did take some for a few days and i think that definitely helped keep it from settling in my chest!
