What would be awesome is you have a large enough backyard to make the kitchen and dining room larger and still have room to rebuild a nice size deck so you can have a wall of cabinets for your pantry and create a open kitchen. But whatever you decide to do it will be beautiful and home ❤

Congrats. Nowadays u can buy counter and cabinet paints and tile paints to update 4 cheap. Sometimes u can go to restore and contractors drop off extra things they didnt use.

@SimpleWifeSimpleLife not everyone knows about that so I thought I would share. My parents said they go to a tile place and in the back they have a bargain area in the back.
