In egypt we have that dish and it is called makarona bashamil which is Mac with white sauce (cream sauce) with lots of mozzarella cheese and ground cow meat and then you put it in the oven and it tastes amazing

Went to Beechers. Their Mac and cheese was good- they make their own cheese or something. But it wasn’t anything super special. It was overpriced as well cause it was so touristy.
