Waiting for the X2. My Harmony has icon/logos for the cable channels. So yes, spoiled. I switched to Direct tv a few months back and Harmony has trouble changing to the proper channel. Very frustrating, but have yet to find a good replacement. I tried the broadlink RM pro. Ended up returning. Hopefully X2 will allow users to copy settings from X1s to X2.

Nice one Raf. Logitech Elite runs me crazy with double actions when using screen. Is the Sofabaton better to use and does the delay between work so there are no synchronisation issues?

I have the X1S and the remote itself is great, but the software is still so hard to deal with. Being on my phone as an app. is very handy but at least twice a week when I turn something on it doesn't either switch the right device on, or it doesn't switch to the right input, then I have to navigate through the app. to find where the problem is and how to fix it. I've gone back to their excellent U2 until they get the software right.

@@jimco515 ....I can't understand why Sofabaton doesn't copy Harmony's procedure to the legal limit to make it easier.....or, why Harmony won't sell the plans/codes of their remotes to them. And yes, Harmony is still the best.

I have the X1, hate it. Spent days trying to hook up 4 simple units. I don't want to go through that frustration again because their customer support is... non-existent. Plus, your discount code was refused.

Just an add-on to my previous comment about my X1S not switching devices or inputs correctly all the time. I wonder if the hub and IR blasters are weak? I had to stick one blaster to the face plate of my Denon receiver and the other right in front of my TV PVR. All my equipment is out in the open and I never ever use a blaster with my Harmony Elite. Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried moving the hub to different spots?

@@TheRafcave ...I have. The only thing I haven't done is put the hub in front of everything because of course everything is beside each other on a glass shelf below my TV. By sticking the IR blasters in front of my two main components it seems to work better but now I wonder, is it the software that seems to be faulty at times, or is it the hub and IR blasters that is the problem? Like I mentioned earlier, I didn't even need IR blasters with my Harmony. All my equipment is within a foot of each other.
