There's a lack of buttons on that thing to make it useful for all of the remote controls I have.
Some of my remote controls gave function buttons that I wouldn't be able to configure to use with that remote control.

I am hoping to use the remote with a Sony Bravia TV. I often like to watch UA-cam and with my current remote, when doing a search on UA-cam, I can search by talking directly into the remote's microphone. The Sofabaton does not have a mic... would I be able to do the same thing via its connection to Google Assistant?

I have yet to find videos telling the truth about how bad this thing is. The remote reception is horrible. My first hub and remote was so bad with connections and needing to update, i had to exchange it just to recieve a slightly updated device (firmware was v2 out of the box) but the same issues present. Their help desk might as well be nonexistent and for the price, i expected this to perform at the very least as good as the X1 (minus the scroll wheel issues). Using the X1S made me miss my X1.
