Thanks for this informative video. How do you control device specific functions? E.g. changing music formats on a Denon AVR? Or switching user settings on a Sony PJ?
You would probably need to add custom command buttons on the remote for those functions.

So sorry to hear it's not working with your TV. Have you tried the the step I mentioned and if so, how about the learn your TV. Also, ensure you have the IR Blasters in clear site as well.
I have nothing but problems with the X1s, won't learn commands etc. I have a Sony XR 85X95K witch is in their coding data base but unfortunately about 6 of the buttons of what 14 or so, work correctly. Multiple attempts at updating software, starting all over, on and on. Biggest problem is it won't learn commands from my original sony remote, so yea right at this moment I am very disappointed. Not ready for primetime and not even close to replacing the old Harmony Elite.
Try going the route I did in the video to add your device. I was to able to add my Sony TV via the learning way but added the other was as mentioned in my video.

I bought one these and it's a piece of junk. Sent it back to Amazon! Spent 4 hours trying to bluetooth my Sony Bravia which it never did even following the online support.
I am sorry you had such a bad experience with it. I did not run into the issue you had and and I own a Bravia as well.
This thing is 🗑 nothing but headaches, ive had to exchange this product with Amazon, just to recieve another slightly improved item. But still harboring, reception issues and app issues. Save myself time, sanity and money by buying a remote that actually works. I don't know why their is nothing but videos with positive reviews and everywhere else on the internet, they are telling the truth about how horrible this item is.
I am so sorry you had such a negative experience with this remote. My review and comments are honest, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the remote. If I had run into some issues, I would surely mention it. The remote has been pretty awesome for me so far.
Might not be nothing wrong with the remote, it's probably just you and your ability to problem solve.
@bigbardmusiq after speaking with help desk..moving this thing around. It's not me. The fact that I had no issues with the x1 other than the remote malfunctioning, this should work just as good, if not better then the x1. I've exchanged it, and have the same issues.
