Hamare pas iska koi formula nahi hain. Par koi small scale industry wali training le sakte hain. Aapko apke state ke dairy dept se baat karna padega. Hame is vishay me idea nahi hain.

I am still confuse between maida and corn starch
Maida = Wheat flour (Ground form of Endosperm, starchy part of wheat kernels)
Cornstarch = Starch obtained from Corn/Maize. Obtaining starch is altogether different process.
