Nice video of a magnificent plane. Still has it after all of these years! A cargo flight uh? Not bad. I love the transmissions between the flight deck and air traffic control. Awesome sounds!
@SAMCAMJAIK1 btw... don't speak of faulty equipment... Boeing had to change the radio altimeters on their 737-800 after a plane crashed because of it. And what else was interesting... Boeing received over 7000 complaints from different airlines about the same problem and dismissed it as if it were nothing. Plus, who in their right mind has 3 altitude indicators and tells the autopilot to use only one of those three? Have they ever thought to use the 2 that show the same?
With our modern technologies, we can avoid any kind of accidents. They shouldn't happen anymore. Confidence again. New planes! A flight should be a relax for everyone. Hate slow ships, though they have the best pleasures. The pleasure is to flight.
What a strange way of taxing the runway. I watched this video clip about 3 years ago. Hahahahahaha. It was very funny way of doing the taxiway bit though.
They need to replace the 747's 4 ancient engines and put 2 of the GE90-115's that are used on 777's. The 747 would get to it's destination quicker, use less fuel, and be able to do a few aileron rolls to thrill the passengers. Replace the 747's engines...please!
@SinclairisCool Like I said number one, thousands of people will loose their jobs. Second, many airline operators have Boeings in the their fleet, what will happen if Boeing goes out of business and operators need spare parts? Third, there are third world country operators such as Bangladesh that operate old but safe DC-10's and other countries alike that probably can't afford to buy new planes and must stick with what they have. Many loyal Boeing operators will refuse to buy Airbus as well!
@sonicboom2885 By the way... Boeing started to copy Airbus' wing design(compare the 777 to any Airbus), and plus Airbus planes are much safer because Airbus learns from Boeing's mistakes, while Boeing does some things a 3 year old child could have done better
@filipbitola Airbus learned from Boeing's mistakes! Without Boeing, Airbus would also have many flaws! Heck! Without Boeing there would be no Airbus! Today, Boeing is actually safer than Airbus, but Boeing has more crashes because they still have some older planes out there some where! But Boeing is still more safer than Airbus! And Airbus isn't so flaw-less either! All a340/a330 aircraft were just recalled because of the pilot tube being faulty! (AirFrance 447)
@imafreakinsubscriber Dude, just check how many planes have fallen because of Boeing's faulty designs and stupid mistakes. And compare that number to the number of Airbus's crashes and you'll see what I'm talking about.
Why do simulated communication? should leave the video as it stands. You hear quite wrong and very Chafe, the video is excellent, but they seem to be playing 2 idiots pilots there.
@kingcamilo WTF is wrong with you? Don't be angry just because, Boeing has been manufacturing planes longer than Airbus, so they will be around for a long time. Stop your crying.
what a superb and timeless piece of engineering triumph. they don't make 'em like this anymore.
Great video! I was up on the mound with you when you were filming this, some of the best light for photography I've seen.

excellent video .. i really enjoyed that with the ATC chatter !!
i work on the ramp and was racing alongside this plane in my EBT not so long ago, its an azmazing experience.
Wow Fancy Plane
And Great View
Nice take-off, good video
Good video I like the ATC
Awesome vid
@DaAfterburner
Agree. The cockpit on a double decker belongs at the top of the deck, not sitting in the middle of the nose looking all goofy.
Pratt&Whitneys rumble alright!!
@DaAfterburner I think we all can agree with that. The 747-800 is extremely sleek as well!!!!
Boeing has a real history, and real name recognition. Air Bus will ALWAYS be trying to keep up...
Brilliant stuff
747s have the coolest noses.
i just love the way a B747 looks.
B747 is definitely a better design than A380
its sort of an illusion because of the camera angle. the takeoff is standard. usually about 15 degrees of pitch.
This is very beautiful
Has anybody ever noticed how the A380 looks like a big fat twinkie with wings?
@SAMCAMJAIK1 btw... don't speak of faulty equipment... Boeing had to change the radio altimeters on their 737-800 after a plane crashed because of it. And what else was interesting... It sounds like the controller said "Birthday cake" at the start of the video! LOL:)
Graceful 747
wow superb lighting. what time was it shot?

The 747 is way better than the A380! I don't care how many passengers the A380 can carry! The 747 is still way better!
Very nice video. Not much cargo
would love to see that but it would cost too much i think they may do it on the 747-800
Was the plane converted from the passenger version? Because if you look carefully you can see the outline of the windows.
Beautiful
Looks like it has the old P&W JT9D engines.
it's either a 743 or 742SUD.
its a converted version the normal freighter version is just called F the other ones BCF boeing converted freighter
with ATC is great.
perfect-
super!vreau si eu!
hmmmm, i think it is 10, usually for a normal plane unless the plane is heavy loaded.
Hey! I se a MAS 772 in the background! Around 1:43.
Rolling Takeoff!!!
How do u get the aircraft traffic control radio tower voices??? tell me asap!!! lucky u! thnx!
@DaAfterburner yeach better looking but I still love the 737-800 ;)
why would it stall?
hong kong airliners=cathay pacific and dragonair

Umm, no.
Rip Dragonair

how did u get the ATC?
Maybe. I'm mistaken with the Rolls Royce part.
@sonicboom2885 By the way... Boeing started to copy Airbus' wing design(compare the 777 to any Airbus), and plus Airbus planes are much safer because Airbus learns from Boeing's mistakes, while Boeing does some things a 3 year old child could have done better
400? no winglet tho
Why are you questioning the knowledge of the uploader? It is a 747-300F.
@filipbitola Sorry! I sent the comment to the wrong person! The comment you replied back wasn't meant for you! SORRY!
Sorry, my mistake.
Boeing won the US military contract for tankers with it's 767!!! Nice try airPUS!
Not even close to tail strike and yeah its a converted 743 passenger aircraft
Actually, those are Rolls Royce engines.
Those are PW JT9Ds.
Bye bye Cathay Dragon
@filipbitola Airbus learned from Boeing's mistakes! Without Boeing, Airbus would also have many flaws! Heck! Without Boeing there would be no Airbus! real poerful
it's a cargo plane
Almost a tail strike
@filipbitola you're a dope!!!
liveatc google pls kthx

-300, look at the title
Why don't you upload your own videos instead of stealing other peoples work?
A380 is shit. Cant wait to be on a 747-8
Why do simulated communication? should leave the video as it stands. You hear quite wrong and very Chafe, the video is excellent, but they seem to be playing 2 idiots pilots there.
