I don’t feel good either it makes me worse.even enzymes also do same, non of enzymes neither bile salts works on me.tuda seems good buts its not 100% work to heal my pain on upper right abdomen.
Oxbile was a godsend here. Improved bloating, stopped abdominal pain and improved fsv levels...with gallbladder present. Still taking a low dose 4 years now.
I had my gallbladder removed many years ago. I also have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I have suffered from terrible bouts of diarrhea at random times, and gas and bloating daily. About a month ago I started taking a digestive enzyme supplement which included ox bile. This has been life changing for me. My digestive problems have almost completely disappeared. I wish I had known about this years ago.

Hi David. I also had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago 1 month after giving birth. No one ever told me how to manage my IBS with a fluctuation of constipation periods. I'm so grateful that you mentioned that you had similar symptoms and I'm leaving now to go purchase the bile salts to remedy my situation. Thank you for sharing. I'm glad you were able to fix and heal your health.🌺😊
I'm new to your channel, subscribed not too long ago after watching this video first and then followed the rest of your videos. What a treasure of information! My gallbladder was removed 30 years ago and I have not been the same since. I learned about 8 years ago that I needed to take ox bile for the rest of my life and, while it did help for about 5 years, I started a couple 2-3 yrs ago with the bloating, gas, it took hours, literally, for my food to digest. I gained a good 20 lbs. and at normal weight of around 125 carrying that extra was tiring, and I knew I wasn't absorbing fat vitamins as I could feel and tell my body was lacking them. About 2 weeks ago I came across this video and realized just what my problem has been. 1. taking ox bile WITH food and 2. Because I was taking ox bile with food I developed very low stomach acid. Wow! What a mess it did on my body! More importantly, though, what a relief adding HCL before and during a meal and taking ox bile an hour after eating has helped me so, so much!! In the past 2 weeks, I know I lost a good 5-8 pounds, my stomach is no longer bloated, my food digests in the normal one hour window. I feel lighter in my body and weight. Eating healthy has become the norm for me since having my gallbladder removed, which has helped a huge amount in having somewhat healthier bowls, and, now, my bowls and digestion are spot on. I am so looking forward to finally reaping the benefits of all fat vitamins, my exercising finally paying off, getting rid of the rest of this fat and, I have you to thank. If I could reach through the computer to hug you I would! Thank you so much for the wonderful information! I also want to say I enjoy your comedic side when explaining things. It sure makes for great entertainment while learning at the same time.
HI Candee! I accept your virtual hug. :) My Mom's nickname was Candy, so I'm always excited to hear from one. Thanks so much for your detailed note. I never get tired of these stories. It sounds like you have a good handle on things and I bet more continued improvements will keep showing up as you improve digestion. If you have any trouble, our totally free digestion course has an entire page of videos just for those who have lost their gallbladder and those videos can help you tweak your timing and dosage when you need to. @@KickItNaturally hey man love the videos. I've had really bad chronic fatigue for a long time and your videos are helping me finally close in on the issues causing it. If we can't afford beet flow could we take swedish bitters for bile flow?
HI @aristotle vargo just saw this. No bitters can add the acid side of digestion a little bit, but it won't do anything to thin bile and help it flow correctly.
No one on youtube has mentioned this about taking ox bile and how to take it properly. I took it with food the other day and vomited really bad as well as cold sweat along with a fever, I didn't have pain tho. I do have very small stones I was told from the ultrasound that I had done recently. Definitely will try my bile salts at least an hour and a half after eating and see how that makes me feel. I do take betaine and digestive enzymes and so far so good with those. Thank you so much for this valuable information I just subscribed to you and I am so happy that I found your channel, much love from Australia :) xx
@@alitadupray777I take Tudca on an empty stomach so it can work on cleaning out the liver. If you take it with food it’s a digestive from what I understand.
@@nor078 thanks for your reply. Yes, from what I understand it's best taken on an empty tummy . If you take it after a meal it will alkalize the contents and that's not what you want to do 🙂
I have a non alcoholic liver cirrhosis and issues with my digestion.. is it possible that my liver doesn't produce enough bile and I could benefit from ox bile as well even I have a gallbladder? Started with tudca but it did not change much?
I've been on a low fat diet due to H pilory. It has been 6 months with it and I was having shoulder and neck pain. I went from 196 to 163. I went ahead and I took some bile salts this past Friday when I saw your video. It turns out being on a low fat diet for a while has its downside and the doctor didn't tell me anything about it. I now understand why I've been feeling tired and dizzy, none of my food nutrients were breaking down. Thanks for the info 😎🤙.
Also, now that H pilory is gone, will it be a good idea to change my diet after almost 3 months of being eradicated? I would still stay sugar and gluten free, but I haven't had red meat in the past 7 months or a nice meal
I've had a few different problems with my gut, IBS, low stomach acid, leaky gut, Gerd and fatty liver to name a few, that I've now sorted. I've also taken Tudca and my fat digestion is much better than it was but not completely fixed even with the stomach acid levels back to normal & bile flow sorted. My question is can I take ox bile by itself as I have my gal bladder & if we recycle up to 90% with it filing the gal bladder to release after we eat food, this would remove the timing aspect for me to know exactly when to take it, as I've heard lots of different conflicting advice on this, some say just after food, some hr to 2 hrs after and my last bottle said before food, this one just says the dosage and nothing about when, I can't find much info about the timing with a gal bladder intact, any advice i much appreciated.
It makes so much sense to take ox bile away from meals. My ox bile bottle says to take it with fat consuming meal😳 This is crazy! I will take it an hr or so after meal.
@@Kuutamo73I stopped taking it because it wasn’t helping. I’ve tried before and after a meal and it was just making it worse. I asked my doctor for prescription of some cholestyramine powder which is a binder. It comes in 4g packets. I dilute half the pocket in water and drink it before bedtime. Seems this is the only thing that helps my constant bile acid diarrhea and I can eat almost anything which helps a lot, but we are not built the same so I’m not sure if this would work for everybody. I die have constipating effect so I take one magnesium citrate pill before bedtime and I’m good for the morning. Helps me sleep better too. My hubby just lost his gallbladder a few months ago and has absolutely no problems with digestion so far. I know of so many people within family and friends without a gallbladder and nobody developed digestive issues like I did. Hope this helps someone. Oh, forgot to mention that I do take digestive enzymes with my two largest meals. I’ve noticed that the meals don’t bloat me like they used to. How long will I have to do all this? I don’t know, but we shall see.
So hopefully this isnt too graphic. I had instant intestinal paralysis after taking Shingrix dose 1. For 4 months I suffered w chronic constipation. I do not have a gb. I tried Metamucil, Epsom salt and no long lasting fix. Enter ox bile every 3rd day, 1-2 tabs on that day, 1-3 hours before eating. Problem solved. Lincoln logs and relief!! I go for colonoscopy in 2 days to be sure everything is ok. lets hope things are ok.
Without a gallbladder, you will likely need ox bile indefinitely, and it sounds like you are using it correctly and taking it away from food. But when ox bile helps stool move better, it is usually just the lubricant factor that is helping and you likely have not corrected the actual underlying cause of the constipation. But our totally free digestion course can walk you through the process of figuring out the underlying cause of your constipation and steps to fix it. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Let us know how it goes.
Will this help with constipation. I’ve never taken bile salts after a meal and I have my gall bladder. I must have low stomach acid as I am now taking 4 with a meal and separately digestive enzymes. I’ll try around an hour before I try the Tudka. Which helps the most Tudka or bile salts. Thanks for this info
Awesome. Thank you for the information. I've had great results using a moderate ox bile supplement, but this gives me a better context for timing. In the future I will NOT take it close to consuming food and see if it works even better than it currently seems to. FYI - I have my gall bladder, but have been experiencing what so far seems to be sluggish bile as described in the video. My experience is just one analogy and other people's experiences will probably be different, but, again, good information! Thank you.
You bet @Dave Sterchele , yeah, if the ox bile works and seems to help, and you do have your gallbladder, the poor bile flow is almost a slam dunk. This video shows 10 other signs and you might see enough to help you confirm it with this video: ua-cam.com/video/iYs-yamzxx0/v-deo.html but what's great is that you can take steps to thin your bile and get it flowing again and restore your natural bile function, and then you won't need to take the ox bile anymore. Plus, when bile is flowing again, the body can also detox the way it's supposed to. This video will show you how to get it flowing again: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html Let us know how it goes.
I still have my GB and a recent CT scan says I have no sludge or stones. I had The Gastric Sleeve 3.5 years ago and had multiple stones on Ultrasound just prior, so I used Organic Beet Root Powder and Ox Bile to get rid of them AND prevent new ones to ensure massive weight loss didn’t cause me to need a Cholecystectomy (like 80% of bariatric surgery patients usually do). Thankfully, my Naturopath told me about these 2 supplements. I’m done losing weight now and don’t have Acid Reflux because my Naturopath also told me about Betaine HCL. I stopped the HCL about 3 months after having The Sleeve bc it fixed the Acid Reflux caused by The Sleeve. I stopped the 2 gallstone dissolving supplements about 2.5 years after The Sleeve surgery. But for the past few months I’ve had the symptoms of Bile Acid Malabsorption with D (esp. in the early part of the day, which is typical of BAM). I thought maybe I should re-start the Ox Bile, but it only made the D worse (although it’s a more normal color). Am I a person who should NOT take Ox Bile for D? BTW what’s ur recommendation for BAM, OTHER than taking a prescription?
HI Amanda, sounds like you are taking some good steps. Just know that the most common cause for diarrhea is a lack of bile flow, but it's definitely not the only cause of loose stools. So if adding ox bile didn't slow your stool down, it could be another cause. I would go through our free digestion course and see if you can run some tests and figure out what else might be going on. You can find that here; kickitnaturally.com/course
You should check your body’s micro biome to rule out any imbalances in regards to healthy and unhealthy bacteria. Ask a naturopath or a doctor for a SIBO breath test and also for an endoscopy checking for H pylori. Volcanic bentonite clay can also be beneficial in dealing with BAM and many other digestive issues including acid reflux caused by an imbalance of stomach acid or a hiatal hernia.
I've had my Galbladder removed (advice from Dr in my 30s) I'm now 74 and have been diagnosed with PBC. So am on a med. Ursidiol. So this oxbile. hopefully will help supplement the Ursodiol will not be nessesssry...ID much rather be on a natural product. Thank you Dr.
These are the best videos on the topic on UA-cam. Or the internet really. But I have a request that you update them specifying separate videos for those with GB and those without. Some of us are poor auditory learners. The interjection of how things should be different for one or the other can cause confusion. I think I think I mixed up a key point or two as a person with a GB and I might’ve just made my situation worse.
Thanks, and we have a lot of videos that are made for those who have lost their gallbladder. We have even more in our free digestion course. This one is a great place to start: ua-cam.com/video/jJ_30UK_G0E/v-deo.html

Hi, thanks for the video. I have had my gallbladder removed 1.5 months ago. I was thinking to start ox bile supplements for better digestion. I was having constipation but it’s solved with prunes and psyllium husk now. The only problem I am facing now is burping frequently. What do you recommend to improve my situation, since my stomach might not be properly acidic?
Hi, our totally free digestion course that you will find a link for in the description above this video will walk you through that process and has a whole section just for those who have lost their gallbladder, but here is also one of our videos on bloating: ua-cam.com/video/tzLvTRPZGIQ/v-deo.html Let us know how it goes.
Thank you so much for all the info! I have gallstones and taking betaine and beet flow now. I tried tudca and ox bile between meals once but then i became extremely dizzy after the meal. I thought i was gonna pass out. What was happening? To scared to try ox bile again.
I have issues with gall bladder I have w small stones causes nauseous and stuff or that dull pain u take ox bile and or tudca and symptoms disapear is gall stones a good time to supplement?
Hi Beverly. That is the rip off when someone loses their gallbladder. The ox bile doesn't store so there is no way to restore the same digestive function. But with the ox bile, you can at least get pretty close. When you take it, it simply moves through the stomach and into the intestinal tract where it can help with all of those digestive processes that happen there.
Great information on your videos, Thanks! I had Gastric Bypass (Roux-en-Y) 13years ago and lost over 100 lbs and have kept it off. I also had my Gallbladder removed years ago. In the past 3 months I developed gastritis and it has been very painful. Bloated and also should mention i suffered from Gerd before the Gastritis. They put me on Omeprezole and now changed to 40 mg of Famotidine twice daily. I explicitly mentioned to the doctor I want to heal my gut and not be on pills to medicate just the pain and bloating. I watched your video as well as many others on the subject of OxBile and Tudca (for my fatty liver) and I started taking both a week ago. I t has helped tremendously. I cut back on Famotidine 40 mg to only once a day and in another week I hope to go tthree times a week, weaning of it weekly. Hopefully in a month not taking it at all. Thank you for the great advice. I take the Ox Bile 1 hour after my big meal of the day. Im not finding a lot of information on taking Ox Bile having had a gastric by pass so if you could share some information it would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @Gina Rix . I don't see a problem with crushing up ox bile pills. I think HCL is the only one you wouldn't want to open up or crush, etc. But if you're having trouble swallowing, you may be dealing with some reflux or silent reflux issues that are creating inflammation. You might want to check out our video on reflux here: ua-cam.com/video/ZDTUrYGVu7Q/v-deo.html Let us know how it goes.
HI @Terri Fratus , I can't make suggestions of what someone can or can't take if they have allergies. I do't know if ox bile would process the same as beef, but if you're allergic to beef, you will absolutely want to watch this video: ua-cam.com/video/KCMny4Ldhdk/v-deo.html You may also have the option of using TUDCA, but that usually just helps someone process fats, and doesn't actually neutralize acids leaving the stomach like ox bile would. Here is also another video explaining other steps that can help for those who have lost their gallbladder: ua-cam.com/video/jJ_30UK_G0E/v-deo.html Hope that helps.
Hello man, I also have an „allergy“ to beef and ox bile is not a problem for me. Im just on day 3, can’t say that It changed much, but it also didnt give any more problems like the ones I have, when i consume beef
HI Luiz, fatty liver is often partially caused by too many carbs or sugars, so you might need to work on that if that is an issue, but poor bile flow is often part of the problem as well. so instead of supplying the body with bile, in that scenario, you might benefit more from getting bile to flow correctly if you still have your gallbladder. You can learn how to do that here: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html
Hey T.C Hale! I have been experiencing pale stool AND constipation (constipation now largely relieved since around 2-3 months ago) as well as some terrible skin issues with daily clear liquid discharge from lumps on my scalp (with accompanying hair loss) and acne on the neck and chest. I've been on a very high fat diet for the last 3 years with loads of raw A2 milk, raw butter, fatty meats, 10 eggs a day and raw cheeses etc. which I wonder if might have damaged my liver or overwhelmed my ability to digest fat. The stools have also been somewhat greasy too, and watching your content on bile flow made me think I probably have issues with bile/gallbladder (and possible stones). I have now consumed two bottles of beet flow and a pack of xenoplex in the last 4 weeks and yet still the issues with pale stool and skin complaints persist. I have also recently ordered ox bile, which I hope arrives soon, and have started doing coffee enemas. Do you have an opinion on this situation I'm in? Would love to hear your take on it and perhaps what would you might do in my position. Thanks for you great work, as always.
Sounds more like parasites but I am not a doctor, just someone who is studying parasite and it's symptoms. Maybe take a look at some videos on parasite symptoms and cleanses. Good luck!
Hello there I think I can relate to your situation I used to suffer from Constipation I ditched all Omega 6 cooking oil ,commercial milk to beef , meat ,butter ghee and tallow I consumed it for atleast 2 years in high quantity eventually last year i experienced serious diarrhea after taking a tad bit of fat and I realised I have exceeded the limit ,it implications were low sex drive, hair loss, acne and dandruff I think ,there is a caviate to everything in life you cannot exceed something beyond limits now when ever I feel this problem i switch to low protein very low fat diet for atleast 10-12 days and I have kept my fat and protein intake very low since then.
My left side of upper abdomen been bothering me found out my lipase is low 7 can i was told it could be sludge will taking oax bile on empty stomach help with that
I take my ox bile tablets before I eat , Should I wait till I’m finished eating ? Could this be the cause of still felling bloating and pain after eating??
@KickItNaturally Please suggest if someone is suffering from Gilbert syndrome or thalassemia minor which causes increase in bilirubin in blood but low level of Bile in intestine, so those people can take OX Bile or not ?? Please suggest
Hi @Bilbyguy, yeah, I view tudca and ox bile the same way, so I like to see people take that away from food too. I have a new video coming out on the "the right way to use tudca or ox bile" in the next week or so, so be sure you're subscribed here and you won't miss that; ua-cam.com/channels/EN08D5qYz8EHvwixHckYbg.html let us know how it goes.
@@KickItNaturally Thank you! I started IF, OMAD and Keto. I have no gallbladder. Recently, my bile flow stopped for several days and I got concerned. I very much appreciate your work and information.
@Bibyguy, TUDCA doesn't do anything to help bile flow. it just replaces the bile. Hi, Thank you for great trove of information! I get loose stool with lighter colour when I eat food outside, sometimes after 15-20 mins of eating outside! After watching your videos I realise could be because bile is not flowing properly. I think I have food sensitivity. I try to keep a food diary and eat at home then my stool is firm and brown. I have tried multiple things but still suffering from few years. With protein meals I have taken up to 8 betain HCL pepsin with no heat felt inside. I tried ox bile once after meal and got bloated which is a sign of low stomach acid?! ACV also causes me loose stool, and my B12, D, Iron levels usually stay in lower range of the limits. Is it a bile issue? Should I take bile salts empty stomach? Any pointers would be much much appreciated

@kickitnaturally how long do i wait to eat my next meal after i take an ox bile 1 1/2 to 2 hrs in? Like how long after taking it after the 1st meal should i wait to eat my 2nd meal?
But when I take Betaine HCL to increase my stomach acid it makes my stool go light in colour which suggests low bile. It's a catch 22?! How do I fix that? Ps I have my gallbladder.

Under each supplement there is the text "Supplement Facts" Next to that, click on the "Show" link to see supplement details. As you check out, you will be able to select your country or destination and such before you actually check out.
Hi Havad. Billirubin is usually more of a sign of bile not flowing correctly than it is of a lack of bile. So instead of adding bile, if it were me, I would work to thin the bile so it can flow correctly and billirubin can be removed from the body. You can learn how to thin your bile on this video: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html Let us know how it goes.

I do not have a gall bladder AND I do not have a thyroid. I was told ox bile affects the t3/t4 conversion so my doc has kept me off of it. Do you have an opinon on this?
My opinion is that bile is needed, but it's more about the liver's ability to do that job. We talk about that in this video: ua-cam.com/video/116yJ1xXCh4/v-deo.html
@@KickItNaturally thank you for the quick response. I just watched the video. It seems like you are suggesting to bypass the ox bile and strengthen the liver. No doubt I have trouble with bile flow. What do you suggest, if I'm understanding you properly, to do and/or watch from here? Thanks again.

Hi i had an endoscopy - due to excessive burping. The Doctor said i had too much acid and the lab report said i had bile reflux and bile gastritis in my stomach. He put me on acid blockers and the burping lessened but also I stopped eating bread. I did the bicarbonate soda test and I would appear to have low stomach acid. His response was that my high acid causes bile to come into the stomach to neutralize it. Wondering if I should try bile salts to stop the burping.
Hi @Lord Harry , I can't give advice against your doctor, but you might want to continue to investigate considering that just about every medical world solution for any digestive symptoms is to turn digestion off altogether. Oops. I have a video coming out soon that explains why bile reflux happens when there is not enough stomach acid. Hey Dylan, It totally can. Just know that purified ox bile comes from ox bile.... so it doesn't always taste so delicious. :) But if that works better for you, I might try mixing with a little water and then holding my nose while I took it. Hope that helps.
I had my GB out about 5 years ago. I had really bad bowls for years and a lot weight gain. I would work out and could never lose the weight. Also have become deficient in so many vitamins. Last March I started getting really bad burning pains in stomach. I was referred to a GI who put me on acid reducers. I didn’t take them because I’ve read all the bad things about being on them long term. Recently began seeing a Naturopath who has helped me a lot and I’ve been able to lose a lot of weight. Back to my normal size at about 140 lbs however I still suffer from gas, bloating, acid reflux that comes and goes. Currently dealing with a flare up. I take digestive enzymes with every meal, Vitamin D, tinctures to help with Adrenal function, bowl function and a GB tonic. My question is you talk about taking Ox bile but if you are dealing with reflux not to take? When would be the right time to take? When the reflux has cleared up? Anything you suggest I do? I eat really clean with a minor slip up once in awhile. Any tips would really help and be greatly appreciated.
Hi @Ashley Flores , thanks so much for the note. It sounds like you've been working hard to correct this. When someone has lost their gallbladder, I usually use ox bile with that client. If they are having reflux, I may just have to adjust the timing and dose and try to put the ox bile away from the food, and then figure out if I can use some HCL or something to acidify the stomach enough to trigger the LES valve to close and stop the reflux. How the stool is going will usually dictate what they can and can't do. Our totally free digestion course has an entire page of videos to help those who have lost their gallbladder figure out their digestion stuff and timing of ox bile and HCL that might work for them. Hello doctor, one of the strongest and best nutritional supplement for cirrhosis of the liver and ascites, this is Ox Bile or is this Bile salts or tudka
I don't like any of those for cirrhosis. I prefer to lower carb intake and get bile moving correctly instead of just supplying the body with bile. You can learn how to do that here: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html Also, not a doctor. :)
Doctor, I do not understand your language, I am Iraqi and I copy your words that you wrote to me and translate them into the Google program. Answer me which of these nutritional supplements and the strongest, or if you know a stronger medicine than them, write it to me? My mother has cirrhosis of the liver and ascites due to diabetes, and the doctors destroyed her with a puncture and did not give her any treatment.
Im a fairly skinny 23 year old guy who developed insulin resistence pretty much from eating too much bread and pasta. About 3 weeks ago I began a keto diet and intermittent fasting when I started to get heart problems, blood sugar swings, sweet-smelling urine, and even some neuropathy. After doing keto and IF for about 2 weeks I reversed pretty much all of those symptoms and will continue to leave carbs out of my diet for the most part going forward as I regain my insulin sensitiviy. However, about halfway through my second week I woke up with a slight pinch in my side around my gallbladder (for dinner I had eaten my fattiest meal since starting keto the night before). As the days went by, the pressure in the liver/gallblader area continued to increase. Its been about 5 or 6 days and Ive not had any gallstone attacks, but the pressure is becoming quite strong and full. My theory is that when I went into keto I began to put a higher demand on my body for bile, though my liver has not upregulated bile production enough to fulfill it yet, or if it can at all. Furthermore, becoming more fat adapted through keto and IF and using some of my fat stores is making my liver produce cholesterol, which thickens my bile. I also noticed Ive had more ance all around my body and im coming down with an illness. Perhaps this is because my bile is not flowing well enough to eject the toxins my liver is filtering out? The acne and illness could be totally unrelated, though. So do you have any thoughts on my situation? I just put the story together in my head and I realized that I may need to suppliment with some bile salts. What do you think?
Hi @UnibrowsheepZ, you're onto some good clues, but it is more likely that bile is just too thick and stick to flow correctly. It's less common to see someone not making enough bile and it's more about the bile being too thick. We explain how to correct that and thin the bile in this video: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html But if you're having pain, you may have some stones that are moving around a bit so this video about gallstones could help: ua-cam.com/video/qPn_iPkj2Yw/v-deo.html But more importantly, you will REALLY want to understand this video about gallbladder troubles and fasting: ua-cam.com/video/m1jc3OoZxN4/v-deo.html But once you take those steps to thin the bile out it should improve a lot of this. Let us know how it goes.
what you mentioned might be Acute Acholecystitis which mean gallbladder inflammation without galstons I don’t know, How are you know, but what you say is not good health state, I recommend you to visit a doctor, do ultrasound over the gallbladder and bile duct.
@@digital2man Glory to God as I'm actually doing a lot better now. When I went keto I inadvertantly removed most to all fiber in my diet (which is important in removing old bile and keeping it from being reabsorbed). After much prayer and reintroducing fiber into my diet and getting a lot more excersize my gallbladder pain has gradually improved, becoming more dull and less full. My gallbladder area still feels occasionally irritated when I do heavier excersizes, however the irritation is not as bad as it was. I'm guessing the fiber helped increase bile production which is gradually dissolving the stones and/or giving me better flow. Plus, I've lost much of my visceral fat, so cholesterol getting dumped into the GB from rapid weight loss is no longer as much an issue. Regardless, I have seen a doctor and I'm getting an ultrasound on the 12th.
@@theearlynest2877 They didn't find anything. I made the error of self-diagnosing. The pain I felt just below my liver was actually from my colon, not my gallbladder. Its probably a mild diverticula. It doesnt really hurt anymore but can become a little uncomfortable when that part of my colon is being used. I do not have gallstones and I likely never did.
Great Eoghan. Yeah, if you have your gallbladder, taking steps to thin bile so it can flow correctly is always a better move than trying to replace the bile. Glad it helped.

Hey Ive been doing breathwork, taking alot of amino acids after struggeling with sleep. I see my breathing goes from 96--> 100 when doing breathwork and moving alot every day. Im gonna test liquid glutathione now, ive tested alot, gaba, inositol, theanine, glycine and taurine has helped alot on sleep. But ive heard you should take amino acids together as a blend. Have been looking for it but not found a good one yet..... there is soooooo much to learn...... ive used alot on supplements...... is oatmeal - steel cut oats 1 dl daily not good when healing my gut? Im very careful with carbs.... but I love oats........ its warm and tasty and I use only fruits and berrues to top it with some nuts and hempseeds and cinnamon

Any suggestions for severe constipation but stools are loose/ sticky...months and months of this...don't know what to eat anymore. I have do many allergies
@KickItNaturally I never have loose stools as such just severe constipation that if I use laxative or glycerine suppository just produces super soft unformed stool...it never happens on its own
Im just wondering, or failing to understand whether rocket diarrhoea after a meal is also normal for a person who has kept their gallbladder (with stones and hospitalisation etc) , not just those who have removed it. Im.sure it is the same, but just need that clarified if possible? If it is , then I assume that the only way to correct would be (in a desperate attempt b4 a proper overhaul) to supplement with ox bile between meals....? God knows how much though ...Thankyou
I had my gallbladder removed 8 months ago. I only have diarrhea/loose stools after I eat fat. It’s almost yellowish, oily looking. Will taking ox bile help with this?
Hi @you r enough , try not to look at things like, "what should I take" you want to look it like how can I fix the underlying cause. this video will help you understand why someone might be dealing with both reflux and constipation: ua-cam.com/video/hYBvEXG-7z4/v-deo.html Let us know how it goes.
Hello doctor, this medicine is GRASSFED GALLBLADDER, what are its components and what are its benefits, does it benefit cirrhosis of the liver and ascites
Hey Tony 👋- long time... I've been chronically constipated, as you know (if you remember): bristol chart level 1. Since I started taking a bile combination product my constipated has been corrected..only while I take the product though. Weird? Thoughts?
Hi Marta. Great to hear from you. Not really weird, just uncommon. If a lack of lubricant is slowing things down, some bile could help that. It can also depend on what else is in the combination product that could be helping things acidify more than the bile is alkalizing things. But for more than 9 out out of 10 people, where constipation has more to do with a lack of stomach acid, taking ox bile with meals will always make things worse for those folks since its not allowing the food to be properly acidified.
Hi @Joseph Rz , it can depend on a variety of factors, but this video on how to use ox bile the right way could give you more insights: ua-cam.com/video/6EhZiBE2SBc/v-deo.html
Hey man I’m loving you’re content and I wanted to know which bile salts is better is it OX bile or tauroursodeoxycholic acid. I want expert’s opinion on this
Thanks so much. Glad you're getting good info. I view ox bile and TUDCA as pretty similar. I have a video on how to use them correctly coming out this month hopefully. But I only use either of these if the situation calls for it. For most clients, they need help thinning bile to get their natural bile flowing better more than they need to supplement with bile. I use Beet Flow to do that here: www.naturalreference.com/product Let us know how it goes.
@@KickItNaturally for me personally I’m working with natural practitioner to detox heavy metals and Candida overgrowth but i have trouble when I eat fats when healthy fast like coconut oil so they’re suggesting this tusd acid supplements but I think ox bile is better to start my bile moving
Yeah, ox bile and tudca won't do anything to thin bile and help your natural bile flow like it should. They are just replacing it. Also, if you have low blood pressure, and you're trying to detox, you might want to go through our free digestion course as that can show you how to lift mineral levels if blood pressure is low. that can be important when trying to help the body let go of heavy metals. I just added this topic to my list of videos to make, but it's a common mistake I see. You can find that free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Then you're turning off your digestion and making a big mistake. It's okay. I made the same mistake before I knew better. But even more importantly, you'll want to watch this video about the truth about pH balance. There is a LOT of bad info out there and when someone pushes their blood too alkaline, it can make some significant problems. ua-cam.com/video/FBACHT-Pt3Q/v-deo.html But if you're trying to use alkaline water to neutralize stomach acid like bile would do, that would be a mistake too because it's not going to create that sizzle, it's just going to turn the acid off. Hope that helps. I made some very big pH mistakes when I first started and love to see people fix those mistakes.
I had my Gallbladder removed a few years back and the past year , I have been suffering bad bloating and discomfort, I start taking digestive enzymes and they work sometimes, so I heard about ox bile tablets , So I started to take ox bile tablets 125mg a week ago , Since I started my bloating and pain in side had got worse and a lot more toilet stops , Is this the norm as I’m only starting and will it get better or worse ? Is there anything else I can try ??

Wow, ive been taking ox bile with my food and couldn't figure out why i was burping and getting acid reflux. Great information, thanks so much.
Because ox bile neutralize the stomach acid..
I take it half an hour before lunch
@@Kuutamo73I stopped taking it because it wasn’t helping. I’ve tried before and after a meal and it was just making it worse. I don’t know, but we shall see.
What do we do about constipation and no gallbladder?
Have you tried magnesium ?
This video shows 10 other signs and you might see enough to help you confirm it with this video: ua-cam.com/video/iYs-yamzxx0/v-deo.html

Not the first route I would go with the clay.
@@KickItNaturally I agree it’s not always necessary

Some of us are poor auditory learners. The interjection of how things should be different for one or the other can cause confusion. I think I think I mixed up a key point or two as a person with a GB and I might’ve just made my situation worse.

Hi, our totally free digestion course that you will find a link for in the description above this video will walk you through that process and has a whole section just for those who have lost their gallbladder, but here is also one of our videos on bloating: ua-cam.com/video/tzLvTRPZGIQ/v-deo.html

Hi Bella, here is a video that explains why a person gets gallstones and steps you can take to improve them: ua-cam.com/video/vsgZie4tiWU/v-deo.html
Im so glad I watched this video, i was taking ox bile when I eat fatty foods since I lost my gall bladder I been doing it wrong for years
Hi Tony. When you take oxbile away from food? Where does it go? Doesn't it just digest? Where does it store..ready for when you do eat?

@KickItNaturally Thank you
So it's not a good idea to crush or break the tablets? I have difficulty swallowing pills.
Hi @Gina Rix . I don't see a problem with crushing up ox bile pills. I think HCL is the only one you wouldn't want to open up or crush, etc. But if you're having trouble swallowing, you may be dealing with some reflux or silent reflux issues that are creating inflammation. Can take ox bile,if I'm allergic to beef? If not, what do you reccomend I take?
Thank you
HI @Terri Fratus , I can't make suggestions of what someone can or can't take if they have allergies. I do't know if ox bile would process the same as beef, but if you're allergic to beef, you will absolutely want to watch this video: ua-cam.com/video/KCMny4Ldhdk/v-deo.html
You may also have the option of using TUDCA, but that usually just helps someone process fats, and doesn't actually neutralize acids leaving the stomach like ox bile would.
Here is also another video explaining other steps that can help for those who have lost their gallbladder: ua-cam.com/video/jJ_30UK_G0E/v-deo.html
Hope that helps.
Hello man, I also have an „allergy“ to beef and ox bile is not a problem for me. Im just on day 3, can’t say that It changed much, but it also didnt give any more problems like the ones I have, when i consume beef
i have fatty liver and sludge in my gallbladder. i also have oily hair. will this function for me?
10 eggs per day ? That’s overloading my on protein and sulfur.
Continue this way and you’ll need a kidney and liver transplant in about 3 months.

Hi,
Thank you for great trove of information!

He put me on acid blockers and the burping lessened but also I stopped eating bread. I did the bicarbonate soda test and I would appear to have low stomach acid. His response was that my high acid causes bile to come into the stomach to neutralize it. Wondering if I should try bile salts to stop the burping.

My mother has cirrhosis of the liver and ascites due to diabetes, and the doctors destroyed her with a puncture and did not give her any treatment.
I see
Im a fairly skinny 23 year old guy who developed insulin resistence pretty much from eating too much bread and pasta.
We explain how to correct that and thin the bile in this video: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html

I don’t know, How are you know, but what you say is not good health state, I recommend you to visit a doctor, do ultrasound over the gallbladder and bile duct.
@@unibrowsheepZ how did the ultrsound go?
@@theearlynest2877 They didn't find anything. I made the error of self-diagnosing. The pain I felt just below my liver was actually from my colon, not my gallbladder. Its probably a mild diverticula. It doesnt really hurt anymore but can become a little uncomfortable when that part of my colon is being used. I do not have gallstones and I likely never did.
Thank you so much . For explaining this i was so ready to order theses tablets from another videos youve changed my mind thank you
Great Eoghan. Yeah, if you have your gallbladder, taking steps to thin bile so it can flow correctly is always a better move than trying to replace the bile. Glad it helped.
I have ibs d since gallbladder surgery with fatty liver. Can I use ox bile ?
HI, I can't tell people what they can and can't do with specific conditions, but if you go through our totally free digestion course, it will walk you through steps you can take to improve digestion with no gallbladder. Just know that fatty liver is usually about consuming too many carbs and sugars and has little to do with consuming fats. Here is that totally free digestion course: kickitnaturally.com/course
@AinaH , fixing sleep troubles is really about understanding what is causing them. THis video will help: ua-cam.com/video/3A-6QBWMWVw/v-deo.html

Any suggestions for severe constipation but stools are loose/ sticky...months and months of this...don't know what to eat anymore. I have do many allergies
Here is our video on alternating between constipation and loose stools that should give you some insights: ua-cam.com/video/7bEwcHhkhR4/v-deo.html
So why can’t you get enteric coated ox bile? I think this would fix the stomach acid issue so you could pop them during meals
We used to have one we used but the manufacturer stopped making it.
@@KickItNaturally thanks for the content

How to acidife the stomach then ? Betaine hcl is an option before the meal ?
Here ya go @Quentin Ecv :ua-cam.com/video/Ry4ZgCT686Q/v-deo.html
@@KickItNaturally Would that also apply to people who took bile on an empty stomach?
Hi @Joseph Rz , it can depend on a variety of factors, but this video on how to use ox bile the right way could give you more insights: ua-cam.com/video/6EhZiBE2SBc/v-deo.html
What kind of ox bile are you tak
Hey man I’m loving you’re content and I wanted to know which bile salts is better is it OX bile or tauroursodeoxycholic acid. I want expert’s opinion on this
Thanks so much. Glad you're getting good info. I view ox bile and TUDCA as pretty similar. I have a video on how to use them correctly coming out this month hopefully. But I only use either of these if the situation calls for it. For most clients, they need help thinning bile to get their natural bile flowing better more than they need to supplement with bile. I use Beet Flow to do that here: www.naturalreference.com/product

@@KickItNaturally for me personally I’m working with natural practitioner to detox heavy metals and Candida overgrowth but i have trouble when I eat fats when healthy fast like coconut oil so they’re suggesting this tusd acid supplements but I think ox bile is better to start my bile moving
@@KickItNaturally I just need to restore the bile flow freshly again so which do you recommend dc

What if you drink akaline water 30 minutes after eating?
Then you're turning off your digestion and making a big mistake. It's okay. I made the same mistake before I knew better. But even more importantly, you'll want to watch this video about the truth about pH balance. There is a LOT of bad info out there and when someone pushes their blood too alkaline, it can make some significant problems. ua-cam.com/video/FBACHT-Pt3Q/v-deo.html
But if you're trying to use alkaline water to neutralize stomach acid like bile would do, that would be a mistake too because it's not going to create that sizzle, it's just going to turn the acid off.
I have taken one ox bile tablet after food for 1 year after having my gall bladder removed. I had also been diagnosed with colitis. I was constipated all the time. I stopped ox bile and now eat pineapple after a meal and have normal bowel movements.

Can TUDCA be used in place of Ox Bile? If so, do you prefer one over the other?
Hi Polly, I view them as very similar and I guess I prefer ox bile slightly, just because it is more natural. But it can vary from person to person and some will do better with ox bile and some with TUDCA. But I only use either of these with clients who have lost their gallbladder.
