took really big jumps damn. you're pulling looks almost identical to Garrett Gonzales. you guys like to lead with your head. i have the same build as you guys, short torso, long legs and arms, but having super weak hamstrings i pull sumo just cuz it feels better on my back, but now that i emphasize it so much, my adductors take a beating, so im conflicted. do i go back pullin conventional or nah
+Russel Nguyen Thanks! Garrett is a strong guy and I hope to pull somewhere near his numbers in the near future. I would say do both, it won't hurt. The only time I would focus more on one or the other (conventional or sumo) is if I had a meet coming up and I had to practice the one I would be performing come meet day. Strong is strong, and becoming efficient both ways will just make you stronger overall. I posted my 2nd meet that passed last Saturday, my Deadlift style has changed slightly... but at least I PR'd! haha. And I nice posts man, you're strong!
+Jonathan Cayco lol nha man, im weak as fuck lol. i think if i learned to pull like you guys, my deadlift would skyrocket. right now my squat is the one that is taking over. i dont wanna go down that route where i squat more than i deadlift, but if it happens then it happens
+Russel Nguyen Well, everyone has their own style of pulling, and I'm still experimenting with mine tbh, lol. And ayyy, a big squat is never a bad thing. And yeah, try it out and see how it works for you. But I think your sumo looks great though, lol.
Little did he know he’d be a god one day
This is very motivational.
little did he know he would add another 2 red plates for each side
GOAT!
