the thing he says around 10:30-11:00 ish resonates soo hard. About like, finding that thing that you are just thinking constantly and WANTING to work on all the time and wanting so bad to be. I'm 23 and have had a couple of career paths I've tried and every one of them I just didn't feel a spark with, and I thought maybe I would just have to settle on some job at some point. But this last year I started writing a book (really no professional experience prior) and I published it in September, and the process and creative journey of writing is something that I can confidently say I love and will be doing forever. Nothing has ever felt so rewarding and fulfilling - i was thinking about the book 24/7, hours every day spent planning and writing and designing for 9 months straight, and I kept the motivation despite it not having any financial benefits (because of course you don't get paid until after the book is published, and even after that it takes a long time to see any income.) But the pure PASSION I had while working on it is something that I never felt before with any other things I've tried, and I am so excited to continue my writing journey and pushing my book and getting it out to the world. You can really feel when you've found your 'thing' and it is the most rewarding feeling in the world, knowing this is what you are meant for!
It's more of a hobby for me, but I get what you mean. I only get bursts of obsession, but when they hit it's to the point where writing is basically all I can think about. I don't know If I'll ever publish anything, though. I'd have to actually finish a project first, lol.
i FW these types of videos, like SUPER heavily. It’s nice to see that even guys who you can only realistically imagine having half of the stuff just be like... super down to Earth. 10:30 I completely agree. I grew up watching content creators back in the 2010s, and I wanted so badly to be like them. I wanted to make people happy with my content, get to go places, and make friends with people I looked up to. I never got started until 2022 after everybody had already said and done everything imaginable, and nothing was original anymore. I missed my chance, but I still tried to pursue what little passion I had left. Eventually, it began to feel like a chore, and I didn’t want to make videos anymore. Pretending to be somebody I’m not, faking happiness, and constantly trying to come up with ideas was exhausting. Plus, the views just weren’t worth it. Now I focus on my life, trying to make it one worth living by traveling, playing video games, drawing, and basically doing whatever I please before the day comes where I must kill my peace of mind. Sometimes I just film random shit and make videos; no editing, not too much effort. Almost as if you were chatting with a friend. I’m happier now, but still not obtaining that true joy I yearn for though.

6:30 he says no LA but mark(iplier) lives in LA and in the "powerwash powerpals power hour or whatever it is called" podcast, mark said he told schllatte would you like to powerwash and he said yes (thought IRL) then mark said its a game so you LİED!
Videos are filmed at different times
@ this doesnt make it not not the opposite opinion thats what i am getting at
Im loving this new channel. Its like a combo of the weekly slap and jschlattlive. It has the silly and the serious. I fw this good job schlussy
Man it was so nice seeing schlatt happy, being himself no exaggeration i pray you always be happy man no matter what we'll always love you❤
7:00 Felt. So much of my video stuff is gone. I made a short film over 2 months, in school, IN GRADE 7! And it's gone. There's things I'd swear I moved over to some place or was sure I'd uploaded somewhere and there's not a trace of it left, and it hurts man. It's time, and effort, and stepping stones to where I am today, and I have no way of showing it or even seeing it myself. True pain.
0:54 "They are like a stone's throw away from every bad country in the world"
