A quick note on the solo: Due to the highly improvised nature of a lot of the licks almost every tab you see differs in regards to timing in certain areas. There's really no right or wrong here. Don't get too hung up on specific rhythms but go for the overall feel and vibe of the lick. As you get the ideas up to speed it will all fall into place.

Fun fact - James wrote the main riff on his acoustic guitar while he and Kirk were watching 'The Young Ones' on TV.
''KIRK HAMMETT: James would show Cliff and me the riffs, and we'd build the songs from there. Some I'd already be familiar with. The main riff in ''Battery'', for instance: the first time I heard James play that was in England, on his acoustic guitar. We were watching THE YOUNG ONES on the BBC, and all of a sudden he started messing around with this sort of galloping rhythm. I said, ''Wow, that's cool''. And so when it came time to start learning stuff, I'd often hear a riff and say, ''Oh, okay. I know that one.""

Say what you will about Metallica but James Hetfield is an absolute riff machine.
You've missed the 3d chorus
There's nothing new in the 3rd chorus. They've just extended it by repetition. Play the last 7 measures of the regular chorus twice. I'll try to make note of things like this in future videos to help you out a bit more. Thanks!
