This looks great. I've been telling people how they can make any kind of white dressing with fat free greek yogurt and abuse it. I use the fat free great value cheese slices. Less calorie and higher protein and taste the same in the sandwich.
That tartare sauce looks bomb. Man I love Greek yogurt. Can turn a savoury or sweet meal into something tasty so easily. Lately I’ve been having a decent bowl of it mixed up with vanilla protein and frozen berries, topped with some crunchy roasted almonds and a maple granola. It’s so good and takes 2 minutes

There is absolutely no point in using Panko if you are to blitz it in a blender. The point of panko is to have larger flakes in the breading for a crispy/textured crust.
Everything was perfect. Besides, the Splenda Splenda is something you don’t want to ingest ever and I would do a different type of fish but this whole concept is perfect. Also, you can switch out the white flower for brown rice, flour, potato, flour, garbanzo bean flour.

My preference is cut the greens and the carbs and go high fat. I went from 230 lb with a 39-in waist to 180 lb with a six pack without doing cardio. I might add that I take vitamin D now and I didn't used to and that I am probably allergic to Greens in general

It's cheapest if you get cod frozen at costco. Mine sells wild alaskan cod at 2lbs for $20 ($10/lb).
I got it at safeway! Buy it frozen at any grocery store, costco has it too!

How do you track the breadcrumbs, flour and egg?
just weigh the breadcrumbs/flour/egg before and after you coat the fish with them so you know how much has been used to coat the patty.
