    Hi deepti I have been doing your 30mins workout everyday with 10mins shred daily Mon to sat ..it has really helped me in tanning and coming into shape am 60years old ..even my husband has joined me he is 67years old but alhamdulilah his back pain has gone and also has become fit and strong too..he loves doing it ..thank you so much deepti you are a blessings to so many people..our prayers for you always 🙏

    I was feeling a bit tired and lazy to do the 30min workout videos today and at the same time, I felt bad for not being active. So, I was like why not give the 10min shred video a try. I wasn't expecting this...it's really good. Short and sweet. It manages to make to make your heartbeat increase as well as make you sweat loads! Thank you for the video. Really appreciate it!

    I have been trying to stick to 1.5hours of your videos as a routine (30min morning & 1 hour in evng) from a while... but since having dental procedure.. I lost the momentum and skipped for 2 weeks.. I started back today & this is a fab.... Adding this to my 30mins workouts coz this is gem packed!! ❤️

    Hello Deepti Ma'm... As my exams are coming, I had stopped working out thinking that I don't want to spend much time on any other activities than studies. I m studying for at least 8 hours a day, back muscles have got stiff. I really needed this short duration workout. I will definitely do this regularly. Thanks a lot... n keep uploading more. 🥰✌❤

      @@vatsalabedarkar4791 so sorry to inform you that this is an extremely unhealthy approach to weightloss. I am really worried for your health. Please start eating normal food because this weight loss is coming from losing muscle, probably bone density and essential water from your body ... and can bounce back in a negative way. Please dont mind, I am only trying to help you and all others so that they can approach fitness correctly
