This is amazing. I was feeling lazy and was searching for online workouts , thats when i started doing her workouts along with the proper diet chart , post partum mother i am so accordingly. My Weight came down from 81 to 77 in 5 days . Most of the comments at first felt like are they really so ?? But now I understood, yeah !! Will be following this and update the results soon.
I tried your workout for the first time, didn't expect to sweat this much. But the best part was the all the 3 beautiful ladies had different body types which makes many people relate to each one of them. When I struggled, they struggled a little too and it motivated me so much and I kept going. Otherwise usually in workout videos we see all the skinny women working out without getting tired which is not relatable to many of us. Thanks for this. 😄
Coming back after 2 years! 2 years ago i lost 6 kgs in a month with this video, some weight training and home diet but then with time, life happened and my eating disorder resurfaced so again, i've given myself deadline of 3 months this time and going to stick with this video and the same routine i had 2 years ago! lets see if i am able to achieve my goal! You can lose 10-20 kg in a month without heavy zumba or workout, here you have to do exercise or zumba for more than 30 mins but you can lose more weight in a single month without doing 30 min exercise, if you wanna know how you can reply me

@@akshitabaweja5059it is when you don’t eat anything (you can have water, lemon water, or black coffee during your fast as all these things have 0 calories) for a specific time period for example: you fast for 16 hours and can only eat in the remaining 8 hours( make sure you eat healthy stuff). There are so many thing that I loved about this video - 1. The way they all are constantly smiling and nodding their heads, making me feel that they can actually feel me working out with them. 2. How they enjoy it and makes me wanna enjoy along them too. 3. How simple and beginner friendly this session was yet really active and sweat full. 4. The way Deepti starts a new dance move with just 1 step at a time to make us familiar with the multiple body parts movements. 5. I enjoyed this as much as they did - all thanks to those 3 beautiful ladies for letting me work out with them! Tbh, I took a 2 minute break in between, but the session was amazing!!
I'm 25 years old with 67 kgs.I want to reduce it to 57.I have been very lazy to do workouts. Today somehow i convinced myself to start my workout session.When i searched youtube,i came up with ur video didi. While doing,i was sweating like hell but i completed the whole 30 min.Its superb interesting to workout with dance.After the first 30 min session,i felt like floating.I will workout 2 times everyday.Along with that,will follow a sugar free balanced diet.Will update my progress after 2-3 months. Update 1 : it's been 3 weeks and i reduced 3 kgs(current weight 64 kg). Its working and I'm very happy with the results. Update 2 : After 4 months, I reduced my weight to 60 kgs. Note: This journey helped me to understand more about my body.I found weight loss after my periods get over.But nearing to periods,no reduction due to water retention or hormonal fluctuations.More calorie deficit doesn't work for me.The more I starve,the more my body fails to lose weight. I have been doing zumba only once(30 min).I maintained calorie deficit most of the days.I repeat didi's different workouts everyday.Since i don't have any hurry in weight loss, i will continue this for few more months and reduce my weight to 57.Then I have planned to maintain it.Will update soon.

24:00 doing this during Navaratri... I've been doing this since like 1 week now... And the results are just magical... I had a bulging stomach, there is no bulge... Moreover I followed a diet which too helped me in fitting into my old clothes.. This zumba is the best one, energetic,, makes me sweat and also enjoyable.. Thanks a lot.. The diet I followed was- I ate homemade food, skipped dinner usually, or else ate before 7 pm.. And I also skipped outside food.. Maybe ate them once or twice a week... That's it, and am covered in sweat even after doing for 6-7 minutes

So I have been struggling with mental health and PCOS since last 4 years and even after being a nutritionist I never could follow a good lifestyle and incorporate any kind of exercise in my life due to mental health issues. I am so glad I found this today. It's not difficult for beginners like me. I weigh 76kgs right now. I will stick to this for sure along with 3 days of swimming for 30-45 mins and a good diet. Yes. arm and face fat hi pehle loose ho raha. I am following this regular diet. 1 glass Warm water with 1 squeezed lemon. Breakfast me egg whites, lunch me 2 roti and any sabji with cucumber/carrots, 1 orange/mosambi at 4-5 pm. Dinner mostly earlier than before around 7 pm with 1.5 roti and normal sabji. Thats it.

Today I started this workout and honestly, I could complete only 15 minutes, I started sweating like anything but at the same time, I felt so refreshed and energetic. I'm 5' and have a slow metabolic rate. I'm 58kg now. It's hard for me to loose weight. Deepti, I have been looking for dance-exercise videos for this whole damn pandemic year, and every single one was just not made for not-so-agile 50+ year olds like me!! I love dancing but am really not good and fast and I found other videos impossible to follow even when labelled as "beginner" - so I had given up. Today I just thought I'll search again and found this! When you said beginner you really meant beginner! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and could follow at least 80-90% of your steps, and worked up a good sweat. I found Uma and Iti also so sweet and relatable and if couldn't follow you I could follow either one of them ...they look so happy and smiling the whole time. Today was my first ever day trying this workout and let me tell you I did not expect to be this tired from a dance workout and as it was my first day it was quite hard to persevere, but I did it and my goal is to reduce my weight from 65kgs to 50kgs which means I'm planning on following this for another five months and I'll be sure to update my results.

I’ve never danced in my whole life…by chance I saw this video. It’s very easy to follow, I’m really enthusiastic in doing this dance. It’s been only 10 days, I’m still going well. I do extra walking and skipping along. Hope I can lose some weight.
I get tired really soon because of low levels of blood pressure, so I do it in 3 parts taking 5 min of break in between. It's just day 6 of doing this exercise and I feel a huge change in my body. I managed to fit back in my old jeans. It worked wonders for me! Thank you so much 🥰

Hi Deepti! As 2021 comes to an end, I wanted to send you a big thank you for making these videos, especially this video in particular. I have struggled with weight since I was about 9-years-old. I tried treadmill and other exercises but could never sustain them for a long period of time. In April 2021, after gaining weight during the quarantine period, I was looking for something that combined Bollywood with exercise and stumbled upon this video. For several months, I was consistent, doing this and other videos 1-2x a day with some diet. I lost about 25 pounds! Although I took a break from working out after starting graduate school, this is still my go-to workout. I wish I had taken pictures to track my progress! I feel so much healthier and confident now, and I hope that in 2022 I will be able to continue and reach my fitness and health goals. Thank you so much for making this possible!

@@khatoon347 you can shed 300 calories every day if you do this workout daily. That is a good result but if you want to shed extra kilos then you can watch her 2 videos,she has told herself in a video of how to lose weight.You can watch her video then you will get the idea.

I tried your workout for the first time, didn't expect to sweat this much. But the best part was the all the 3 beautiful ladies had different body types which makes many people relate to each one of them. When I struggled, they struggled a little too and it motivated me so much and I kept going. Otherwise usually in workout videos we see all the skinny women working out without getting tired which is not relatable to many of us.

Coming back after 2 years! 2 years ago i lost 6 kgs in a month with this video, some weight training and home diet but then with time, life happened and my eating disorder resurfaced so again, i've given myself deadline of 3 months this time and going to stick with this video and the same routine i had 2 years ago! lets see if i am able to achieve my goal! You can lose 10-20 kg in a month without heavy zumba or workout, here you have to do exercise or zumba for more than 30 mins but you can lose more weight in a single month without doing 30 min exercise, if you wanna know how you can reply me

In this, one fasts for 16 hours and eats during the rest of the 8 hours. eg: fasting from 8 pm at night to 12 pm in the day and have your meals from 12 pm onwards till 8 pm in the night.

There are so many thing that I loved about this video -
1. The way they all are constantly smiling and nodding their heads, making me feel that they can actually feel me working out with them.
2. How they enjoy it and makes me wanna enjoy along them too.
3. How simple and beginner friendly this session was yet really active and sweat full.
4. The way Deepti starts a new dance move with just 1 step at a time to make us familiar with the multiple body parts movements.
5. I enjoyed this as much as they did - all thanks to those 3 beautiful ladies for letting me work out with them!
Tbh, I took a 2 minute break in between, but the session was amazing!!
I'm 25 years old with 67 kgs.I want to reduce it to 57.I have been very lazy to do workouts. Today somehow i convinced myself to start my workout session.When i searched youtube,i came up with ur video didi. While doing,i was sweating like hell but i completed the whole 30 min.Its superb interesting to workout with dance.After the first 30 min session,i felt like floating.I will workout 2 times everyday.Along with that,will follow a sugar free balanced diet.Will update my progress after 2-3 months.
Update 1 : it's been 3 weeks and i reduced 3 kgs(current weight 64 kg). Its working and I'm very happy with the results.
Update 2 : After 4 months, I reduced my weight to 60 kgs.
Note: This journey helped me to understand more about my body.I found weight loss after my periods get over.But nearing to periods,no reduction due to water retention or hormonal fluctuations.More calorie deficit doesn't work for me.The more I starve,the more my body fails to lose weight. I have been doing zumba only once(30 min).I maintained calorie deficit most of the days.I repeat didi's different workouts everyday.Since i don't have any hurry in weight loss, i will continue this for few more months and reduce my weight to 57.Then I have planned to maintain it.Will update soon.

24:00 doing this during Navaratri... I've been doing this since like 1 week now... And the results are just magical... I had a bulging stomach, there is no bulge... Moreover I followed a diet which too helped me in fitting into my old clothes.. This zumba is the best one, energetic,, makes me sweat and also enjoyable.. Thanks a lot.. The diet I followed was- I ate homemade food, skipped dinner usually, or else ate before 7 pm.. And I also skipped outside food.. Maybe ate them once or twice a week... That's it, and am covered in sweat even after doing for 6-7 minutes

So I have been struggling with mental health and PCOS since last 4 years and even after being a nutritionist I never could follow a good lifestyle and incorporate any kind of exercise in my life due to mental health issues. I am so glad I found this today. It's not difficult for beginners like me. I weigh 76kgs right now. I will stick to this for sure along with 3 days of swimming for 30-45 mins and a good diet. I can do this. Thank you for coming up with this routine. I'm sure it will help me.

I am following this regular diet. 1 glass Warm water with 1 squeezed lemon. Breakfast me egg whites, lunch me 2 roti and any sabji with cucumber/carrots, 1 orange/mosambi at 4-5 pm. Dinner mostly earlier than before around 7 pm with 1.5 roti and normal sabji. Thats it.
I’ll be doing this almost everyday (2 rest days for weekend. And if needed one rest day during the week). Doing this everyday until Dec 20. Then every other day. Starting weight: 128 lbs. Goal: 115-120 lbs.

Then for breakfast fruits (apple,/ pomengranate) then lunch 2chapathi +1bowl full of vegetables (carrot/beans/beetroot/cauliflower like that avoid potatoes .cooked vegetables prefered. Eve lemon juice +1 banana. Nyt vegetable soup or some upmas like that

Today I started this workout and honestly, I could complete only 15 minutes, I started sweating like anything but at the same time, I felt so refreshed and energetic.
I Will keep on continuing this routine and would share my results after every 15 days.

I'm 5' and have a slow metabolic rate. I'm 58kg now. It's hard for me to loose weight. Last year lost around 13kg with just dieting but slowly gained weight for my eating disorder, stress and anxiety. Starting today I'm gonna practice with this video along with a homely diet. Found this, and did this today morning. Loved it!! Deepti, I have been looking for dance-exercise videos for this whole damn pandemic year, and every single one was just not made for not-so-agile 50+ year olds like me!! I love dancing but am really not good and fast and I found other videos impossible to follow even when labelled as "beginner" - so I had given up. Today I just thought I'll search again and found this! When you said beginner you really meant beginner! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and could follow at least 80-90% of your steps, and worked up a good sweat. I found Uma and Iti also so sweet and relatable and if couldn't follow you I could follow either one of them ...they look so happy and smiling the whole time.

Today was my first ever day trying this workout and let me tell you I did not expect to be this tired from a dance workout and as it was my first day it was quite hard to persevere, but I did it and my goal is to reduce my weight from 65kgs to 50kgs which means I'm planning on following this for another five months and I'll be sure to update my results.

I’ve never danced in my whole life…by chance I saw this video. It’s very easy to follow, I’m really enthusiastic in doing this dance. It’s been only 10 days, I’m still going well. I do extra walking and skipping along. Hope I can lose some weight.
I get tired really soon because of low levels of blood pressure, so I do it in 3 parts taking 5 min of break in between. It's just day 6 of doing this exercise and I feel a huge change in my body. I managed to fit back in my old jeans. It worked wonders for me!

Since I have pcos and losing weight is a big deal. And iam happy that I lost 1kg, Iam not going to stop until my pcos gets cured and my body is taking time to heal because since 2years i have no periods. And sonali for a pcos girl.., over doing a workout bounces back with weight gain.. So should be patient with our body. All the best for you girl😁

Hi Deepti! As 2021 comes to an end, I wanted to send you a big thank you for making these videos, especially this video in particular. I have struggled with weight since I was about 9-years-old. I tried treadmill and other exercises but could never sustain them for a long period of time. In April 2021, after gaining weight during the quarantine period, I was looking for something that combined Bollywood with exercise and stumbled upon this video. For several months, I was consistent, doing this and other videos 1-2x a day with some diet. I lost about 25 pounds! Although I took a break from working out after starting graduate school, this is still my go-to workout. I wish I had taken pictures to track my progress! I feel so much healthier and confident now, and I hope that in 2022 I will be able to continue and reach my fitness and health goals. Thank you so much for making this possible!

That is a good result but if you want to shed extra kilos then you can watch her 2 videos,she has told herself in a video of how to lose weight.You can watch her video then you will get the idea.
I used to follow this workout video in 2021 daily. After a long gap of 2 years. Restarted the workout sessions again and still this feels fresh. 💕 I feel so happy and sweated out after this dance.. Kudos to Deepti and Team 👍
