It is always interesting to see the day of a chemical/process engineer in industry, and especially in a fast-moving industry like clean energy! A great series, keep up the good work Shawn 👍 👏
Thank u sm for making videos on your chemical engineering journey. Its hard to find a channel like yours. Im only a junior in highschool but your content is helping me get insight into what I think I want to major in
I love your vidoes i dont see too many chemical engineers on youtube so its great to see some representation! Chem eng first year from univeristy of waterloo :')
Shawn, there are so many ppl are outside Canada watching your videos, and thinking to work in Canada,as me I think to study my master in Canada and when i finish I want to get a job in Canada to have the Canadian experience so, could you talk about " what is the best masters degree fields in Canada, how to get a scholarship, how to start your first job in a place related to ChE and how much you think the salery will be , as a ChE where should I stay and looking in Canada, what is best companies for ChE and you could also speak about the living cost if you could. thank you
Hi Ammar, thanks so much for this great feedback. To be honest with you, I can only speak confidently about what I've done personally. Since I've never done a masters, and I am a Canadian citizen, I've never had to experience trying to get a Visa, for example. However, I can do some preliminary research on these topics and make the best video I can. I can speak more to salary/living cost/companies as I am more experienced in those topics. Thanks so much for your feedback!
@@shawn.builds thank you for your replying, I totally understand, you could Interview ppl that have the experience like your videos " Women in Engineering Share Experiences and Give Advice " , " Interviewing a Chemical Engineer | Masters Degree, Exxon Mobil, and @WiseUp Communications " , thank you and good luck .
I'm btech 2 year chemical student please guide me what to do futher Like what kind of internship , what are the skills to be learn , and what are the scope for chemical student
You have to take calc 1,2,3 and differential calc, and there’s basically math in every engineering course. In my current job I use nothing more complicated than high school math most of the time, but you still have to understand the major concepts
Hello. i'm watch from Mongolia. So i have one question. My occupation is chemical engineering but i plant supervisor at Processing . i have been worked at mining company for almost three years and now i`ll preparing study abroad for Master degree.
