Hi I have a 16.4.2 and sometime channels 5-16 just dont work. I turn it off for 10 minutes and they work again? Not sure what the issue is. I was wondering where to get the firewire and how to get it connected to my PC windows or mac. since the other end needs to be USb in order for it to work. I could really use your help.
Hi, we bought 24.4.2, installed universal control (1.7.6 i believe, on mac osx 10.9.5) , but the studiolive wont show up, there is just the small window with the sample rate settings and no device shown under... Do you have any solution?
Happy to help you here because I was having the same problem for days now and it is so frustrating. finally I thought for changing the connecting cable. then it worked. so It might be the same issue with yours. try to use a different usb cable. hopefully it helps you. good luck

Studiolive has iee1394 furewire not usb.
