I work at Halfords and it's always packed haha, and I tell you, people are buying cheaper used cars than they would before, and tending to more repairs themselves which is having a slight boost in sales
I've got one. Great for picking up the grass cuttings and tree droppings. Saves my 53 yr old back and knees!! I would like it to be a bit more powerful! How do you get on with dogshit on your astroturf?? My cousin ripped hers out as the dog shit and piss stunk the place out!!
Talking a few years back now. My friend went to Currys to buy a tv. The salesman said . Oh you don't want that . The parts are going to be obsolete next year. My friend said I don't care just sell it to me. As he was buying it. The salesman said .Can I interest you in a three year parts and labour warranty ?? Lol. The tool looks ok. I've got the old Powervac version someone gave it to me. I think it was early 90's It still works. It's like the Neanderthal version of yours.👍
I've got a cheapy one from Amazon, same wattage, and the mulcher thing is fine with dry leaves etc but it gets gummed up with wet stuff. Little stones sort of get stuck rattling around, and if you aim it up the ways you can shoot them fucking miles down the road. Allegedly 🤣
I might invest in one of these , cheers Dave . Were like u we get shit loads of leaves in the back garden as next door has a big fuck off tree. Will do the job for me that 👍🏻
I have the same problem with my neighbours tree - we both have artificial lawn too. They use dustpan and brush.... I use my workshop wet/dry vac with a universal motorised brush head - I periodically "mow" the lawn, much easier than all that sucking going on. Also play the game of shit or leaf daily, bloody annoying. Little nuggets get lost amongst it - our dog drops like 3 lots in one go and decides to wander around in doing so. Utter bellend.😂
As a user of this machine, you have to take the big horn off a couple of times a year, get to the impeller, soil and debris builds up on the low pressure side, cakes on the inside, so after a while, the vac pressure drops, along with a bit of a whining noise. Get a screwdriver into the space and drag out loads of caked on soil/debris!!
Lol you paid €80 for that it's a bit rubbish and best to get an old 1 as the motor in them are way better and stronger that flume thing just looks crappy and cheap in my eyes not even the flymo orange is it
These DIY style videos are absolutely brilliant! Strangely relaxing and funny. Thanks Dave.
Cheers mate

Think you can get them cheaper from B&Q mate
@@BlueVanMan nice one 👍🏻
I love your product reviews. £80 sounds a lot to suck some leaves though...
Can't beat a big horn 😂
Great video Dave although not a fan of fake grass, a lawnmower will eat up the leaves & it's easier to pick up the dog shit.
Bet the feckin neighbours love you now
You know it's a good day when blue van man uploads!
🤣🤣that smudge on lens haha..always keeping it real👍

Yes mate but playing the dumb ass makes the video. 😉
hahaha, hahaha, rofl. What are you 3 years old?

£80 is cheap . You get what you pay for
Why does he have a carpet in his garden?
Because when the wet weather comes the dogs make the lawn all muddy then they bring the mud in the house.
Decent enough video review but the artificial grass is a massive NO-NO 😱
The dogs just rip the grass up in the winter and bring mud in the house.
That’s why I won’t have dogs!
Load of rubbish. Had to bin mine. Lasted a yeah.
Mine is still going strong. But I only use the blower now.
