I am so lucky to say that I have gotten to spend my last week working there! Not only was I a basket carrier and got to carry Cody’s basket, I got to swim in both of those pools at the end of the session to clean them! I also got to race against other basket carriers on media night (basically a tech rehearsal the night before the meet started to test the cameras and make sure everything is working) and felt the energy of racing in that pool! This is going to be a much different team than past Olympics (e.g no Cody, Nathan, Michael, Ryan, Matt…). Class act as always, Cody. Looking forward to more of your content as the games begin!
You are such a class act Cody! You are influencing an entire generation of swimmers and that is really something to be proud. You didn’t get the results you wanted, and yet you made such an inspirational video for others. You didn’t let the results define you;the mark of a true champion.
wow man, listening to your words of encouragement really lit a fire under my butt. I have been watching your videos now for about 4 months and you always make me smile and give me the motivation to keep pushing. I'm ready to start putting some more work into my swim, its been hard because of covid I haven't been able to get in the pool, but when I do I will push myself and push myself and see where it takes me! Thank you and congratulations
Did anyone take into consideration that Cody would of had to move the go pro for all three of those running up the stairs perspectives and run back up the stairs for each shot?
As I clicked on this video...I thought Cody did this BEFORE the meet (knowing what happened), but when in the video he talks about the meet in the past tense...it was confirmed again, he's a class act. Thank you for being such an inspiration to our children around the wolrd. We love you.
Your prep talk almost made me cry. Thank you for this video. I live in Omaha snd was able to go to some sessions at trials. It was incredible. I’m proud of you. We’re all proud of you. Thank you for all you do. Peace brother.
Cool! Thanks, Cody, for showing things all enthusiasts like to see, but rarely get the chance to. Anyway, how could you be virtually alone? Almost like you own the place 😂
I admire you so much, and i think enjoying the sport and appreciating the hard work put in is super important, always happy after seeing the other ways Cody looks at the meets and sport itself
I love this video Cody! I shared it with all of my swimmers. We are so thankful for what you do and for posting these videos. I almost cried when Annie and Lily finished 1/2. What a special moment.
Thank you very much for posting this. I was worried about you & not seeing a video yet. But wow! The tour was wonderful & amazes me how much has changed since the 80s. And yet the buzz is the same if much more colorful and digital, so to speak. :-) I look forward to your next video. Thank you Cody Miller for being such a class act.
Great job Cody! I swan in Duna Arena in Masters World Championship and it was the kind of experience you're showing. All young swimmers should watch these videos. 🇪🇸
I was waiting for this video after the Trials. I stay with you man. You're a great inspiration for everyone who loves this sport. Whatever it comes in the future keep showing us your point of view about this sport. Greetings from Mexico
My friend got us tickets to the Olympic trials in 2016. We were so excited. I had just gotten into swimming so I can say that I’ve gotten to watch some of the greats like Katie Ledecky and Michael Phelps LIVE! The sears we got were nosebleeds but I didn’t care. It was even cooler because my friend and I lived close to Omaha (CB) at the time
