Yes I agree with what you are saying there Steve and that's why the big mining organisations will use processes to recover super fine gold that is locked within the host rocks around the world. As an enthusiast and gold panning hobbyist I guess we all need to find our own level of recovering gold to a certain size, otherwise it can get pretty serious when you are trying to gather specs up you can just about see. There are some rare formations of dendritic gold where the gold must have cooled down rapidly and is small in size but extremely beautiful with a frozen leaf type texture. And you got some nice gold out it.
@@Siliconesealantsolutions Thanks for the comments Henry, Just think how much more gold I could find if I didn't fly drones and film everything lol. I was surprised how much I found from a well worked spot on that session.

Thanks Jonn, I've had a few trips out recently.
Same lol. Iv been in Tyndrum all week and wow, what a place.I’m all ready planning the next trip 🏴😎
Isn't it stunning up there John.
Iv fallen in love with the place. Tj’s cafe is a really good breakfast and the Tyndrum inn do amazing food. Try the black and blue burger, it’s my favourite!!!!!
@@johnmonger6233 Nice to hear John, I wouldn't mind getting up there in August my self. I had a few pints in the pub on my trip last year.
What a great video buddy its like watching a Netflix or amazon documentary.
Nice one Simon, I will take that as a compliment. I have been looking at campervans all week but am undecided. I found this guy on UA-cam who is selling his conversion on ebay and he's got a great little channel too.

@@MrDazP1adv3ntures a nice little camper would just suit your hobbies daz. I'm like you with a caravan but I'm so glad I bought the camper. And yes it was a complement your so easy to listen to.
@@SMITHYSKONTIKI Cheers pal. I found a nice Kontiki in Preston for sale also a 2 BERTH KONTIKI. FIAT DUCATO 650 2.8Ltr TD but that looks like a monster. I just want a micro camper or something.

Thanks for the vid Fax 👍 . I went to the Mawdach river on Saturday ,kipped in the car n crevassed on Sunday aswell. I've met a guy there from Stockport n a dude from Oxford . Maybe be it be nice to do like the the Americans do n have a British get together gathering sometime n make a vid for UA-cam
Hello Philip thanks for watching. That might be a good idea to do at some stage.
FANTastic to be back out on the river. Nice knee pad Dazza! - home made ?
Hello 10000......It's great to be out sniping again for sure. The knee pads are from a well known hardware outlet.
Gold or no gold, i could watch your underwater footage for hours
Thanks Todtiger,, you need the sun to be over head to get the best light for this sort of stuff but never the less, you can just carried away doing this sort of stuff all day - so long as you can keep warm.
Nice work Daz really interesting, any camera damage at the end there lol? Looks a stunning location.
Hi Ste, it is a cracking place to spend the day. As for the camera, it was ok. I tend to drop one in the water on every trip. I have to replace at least one GoPro camera every year because they get hammered I try to get the cheapest I can off ebay
Ha ha , just got in before the rain, hope you didn't get drenched.
@@MrDazP1adv3ntures haha hid under the trees just past your house. Managed to get back ok just a bit damp. Good to see you, need to catch up with beer.
@@PizzaRamblings No worries Ste.
Great video once again, have you had any problems down there with the authorities?
Hello Andy. I can't say I have. I am meeting a lot more people these days who are all really keen enthusiasts though who come over and have a chat.
Can anyone comment on the rules and laws guiding new budding amateurs in this recreation? I'm finding conflicting info on what you can and can't do and where you can do it. Many thanks
I would seek the best advice from the British gold panning association Philip
Cheers

Can we travel to Wales now? If so I'm going a week Wednesday
Yes everything is ok. There were a lot of speed traps on the way in though.
Keep them coming
Cheers Niall
Awesome vid m8! 😎 Look forward to the next. Love the sniping panning combo. Brill! If you have time please check out the misses and I prospecting and panning for gold at home and the beach here across the pond. 😍
Thanks buddy Will do and thank you for watching this video Conans I always appreciate comments from across the pond.
Been waiting for a new gold rush vid for weeks. Dan's getting a bit tedious. You still making more this year Daz?
Cheers,I have one more to edit then will have to get back out into the hills. No rest for the wicked eh pal.
@@MrDazP1adv3ntures aye, I've just booked a place in Wales at end of August to go panning gor a few days with me sluice. My problem is I work 60 plus hours a week, so it's hard to get time out. So watching your vids makes me happy and envious all at the same time.
@@geevirus I know what you mean about the long hours pal. I end up cutting the grass and cleaning the car in the dark to cram everything in pal. Best of luck in Wales too.
I love your channel Daz your vidios are brilliant I'm wanting to start doing this I'm from pontefract I think your not too far from me
Hi Leon and thanks for the comments. I'm on the Red rose side of the Pennines but Spent a lot of my youth in the White rose county. They recon the river Swale has gold buddy and maybe the Wharfe.

@@MrDazP1adv3ntures will do Daz thank you
Apologies if this has been asked before Daz, but what sluice liner are you using? Keep the vids up, cheers 👍
Hello Jasper, I am not sure what the brand of sluice matting is. The sluice was from Ruthless mining in the uk but I don't think they are making them anymore.
@@MrDazP1adv3ntures ah shame but thank you anyway
hey buddy wait wait wait so that beautiful vein you showed us under water did you not do something with that or? lol i'm new to this channel but that looked tasty
I just filmed it buddy to try to explain where the gold could potentially come from. There are quite few along this section but I won't personally disturb them because they are a thing of beauty.
@@MrDazP1adv3ntures Hey buddy ahh that's fair enough man. They were really beautiful. Shame tho, because i'm sure someone else will ;) did look pretty tasty haha
@@12marcusboy This place was dynamited by the victorians and old timers and that's why some places are so jagged along the gorge. I just do it for a hobby and enjoy making the videos but thanks for the comments.

It's lovely to be back on the secret River 😊
It has a special feeling Rob, even if your just going for a stroll down the path.
@@MrDazP1adv3ntures.... I know what you mean.... Its a beautiful place, to me going once a week by myself to pan the river is the most relaxing thing ever..... Even though when I'm back in the car park getting changed my body is aching all over.... Great exercise though!
@@robevans2659 It's a long drive home for me, if it's quiet though I can drive right through Snowdonia for 40 miles and see no one. The next thing is, it's Monday morning and I'm back at work in a world of my own for a few hours processing the weekends activities.
@@MrDazP1adv3ntures I've booked the 10th till the 14th off in August... I'll be down most of the week beavering away..... Can't wait!

I didn't know that Robert, so thanks for sharing. It's just a bit of fun for me and I don't do it for any profit or gain. It's the sense of adventure that makes me go back for more.
