Is this an extended metaphor for economic exploitation of workers by the bourgeoisie? Or just a klezmer biology lesson?

    • @MethylOrange42

Or is it about the freeloaders draining the social security and not providing anything back? About the circlejerking academics corrupting the culture and values? It can just as easily be understood from the right wing's scope of view.

Nature has a way of really touching you inside
It's a lesson everyone must learn
It ain't no use to try to run away or try to hide
Everyone must finally take a turn
You may be a person who believes it is your right
To be free and independent to the core
But once you learn the ways of these exotic parasites
You'll see that independence is a bore
Toxoplasma gondii is a microscopic bug
Who carries on its genius in its genes
It may be on your fingers or the fibers of your rug
But to this bug there's more than it may seem
When toxoplasma gets inside the system of a mouse
It doesn't make him feel that he's unwell
It gives the mouse the energy to run around the house
And not detect the prowling feline smell
In fact, it makes the mouse become attracted to the cat
He doesn't show a single sign of fright
For toxoplasma seems to know precisely where it's at
It is a very cunning parasite
The cat then turns the mouse into a ghost
And toxoplasma joins its natural host
    The cat
Now you are living as a parasite
Ain't it easy living as a parasite?
You can make a living off another's life
When you are living as a parasite
The lancet liver fluke lives in the liver of a cow
And lays its eggs inside the cow's manure
And there it starts an odyssey which somehow will allow
This tiny worm to work its way back to her
The fluke-infested feces is then eaten by a snail
Who turns the larva worm into a cyst
Excreted by the mollusk in a slimy yellow trail
But the snail is only first on this fluke's list
The adolescent fluke worm is then eaten by an ant
And it lives a while an independent worm
But then it does a special thing that other insects can't
It infiltrates a group of the ant's nerves
The ant then spends its daily life as normal as before
Working in the colony all day
But every night the parasite residing in its core
Manipulates it in the strangest ways
By the moon, the ant will climb the tallest blade of grass
And sink its mandibles into the tip
And there he will be paralyzed until the night has passed
When back into the colony he'll slip
And this will happen every single night
Until a chewing cow will come to bite
Now you are living as a parasite
Ain't it easy living as a parasite?
You can make a living off another's life
When you are living as a parasite
The ampulex compressa, or the emerald cockroach wasp
Is famous for her reproductive ways
For when she has a common household cockroach in her grasp
She sinks her stinger twice into her prey
The first attack will paralyze the roach's frontal legs
The second one goes straight into its brain
For if the wasp's to have a nesting place to lay her eggs
The roach mustn't respond to any pain
The venom doesn't kill the roach, but incapacitates
The nerves that tell his body to retreat
And since the wasp has killed the roach's instinct to escape
She takes a roach antenna as a leash
She leads it to her burrow, she climbs upon the roach
And lays an egg upon its abdomen
The larva chews its way into its docile, captive host
And feasts upon the organs there within
The roach will stay alive another week until the worm
Can spin its own cocoon and climb inside
And in about a month the larva worm has finally turned
Into a wasp who leaves its host and flies
And so the natural cycle is complete
So who says reproduction isn't sweet?
Now you are living as a parasite
Ain't it easy living as a parasite?
You can make a living off another's life
When you are living as a parasite
Now you are living as a parasite
Ain't it easy living as a parasite?
You can make a living off another's life
When you are living as a parasite

daturadreams especialy the poles of kielce right?
You can try to romanticise the situation of the jews of poland during the era before the second world war, but the past you try to present is just false. The past of the polish jews was ridden with pogroms, economic, cultural and religious persecution.shure there were places that were even worse (russia tended to be even more antisemetic, and we all know about that tiny mustached austrian) but poland was a very harsh mistress. Most jews fled poland during post ww2 pogroms thay occured across the eastern bloc , one of the main reasons poland's jewish community is virtually non exsistent. As an israeli jew whos heritage is mainly polish, that knows many others like that i can assure you that we are happy to live in a community that was built by jews, in witch we are know longer strangers, were we can control our own fate, and not have to see 60,000 anti semetic protesters during a national holiday. As for the american jews, i am shure they are glad to live in a nation were they can thrive without the fear of the state sanctioning them in some way.

@@NeivGabay It's not like almost all Jews are from the lands of the former Republic of Both Nations (Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth ) because that was the only place in Europe Jews were allowed to live peacefully. xd
Polish cities were from 20% to 50% Jewish, that's how intolerant Poland was.
Also, pogrom in Kielce is very controversial issue in Poland since historians refuse to analyze the place, there never was an archeologist study conducted there even thought many people claim it wasn't a pogrom but action carried out by Germans that forced local Polish population (because supposedly German bullets have been found there however nothing is known for sure because *no one is researching this place even thought public opinion had been demanding this for ages* ).
That's why in Poland people have mixed opinions about Kielce pogrom, I hope the government will finally allow to do the research there because lack pf information only creates bullsh*t conspiracy theories and distrust.

      @@NeivGabay @Neiv Gabay
When it come to the march:
Polish Independance March had nothing to do with Jews.
11th of November is Poland's independance day celebrating Piłsudski (later socialist dictator of Poland) creating the government and officially hanging Polish flags first time since 123 years! Polish Jews had been overwhelmingly voting for Piłsudski's Sanacja movement and it won first presidential election (new president was quickly assasinated by a right-wing radical painter but still...).
Racist slogans and rioters had been present on those marches in the past but last year there was none since the government scanned people more and many journalists claim previous government had been allowing radicals in order to discredit the march.
Also, according to Polish police, there were more than 250 000 people on this march, not mere 60 000.
I am sorry for a long comment but I have seen Western media lie a lot about this issue and it tooks some time to address every lie they make 😫
I am a Pole and I hate Ukrainians for the same reason you hate Poles - even if they weren't direct perpetuators of an ethnic cleansing (Germans were), they were used by Germans to murder Poles just like many Poles murdered Jews. But it's silly to fall for this divide-and-conquer strategy and for you to hate marches in Poland or for me to hate marches in Ukraine that actually celebrate an event that benefited our nations. At least I see it that way.
Moreover, many news agencies in Poland belong to German Axel-Springer media concern that is writing version of WW2 whitewashing Germans. Western media companies buy material about Poland from Deutache Welle. Always look at the source of your news. Hitler made it illegal for non-Germans to have news agencies in Germany and they keep this law till this day. Other countries should also do this to prevent foreign lying propaganda because the German one is getting more and more aggresive since Greece and Italy told Germany to pay war reparations. Now they panic that Poland will do this and that would be a lot of money for them to lose.
