i love how chef claudio says “this is a learning moment for you”. Gordon Ramsay would say something like “are you trying to go home tonight” or something to really scare the contestant. These are HOME COOKS out of stress they will make mistakes, even those that seem obvious from an audience perspective. Claudio is such a good mentor.
