    Great Observation, I think this was a great foundation as well. I agree with the balance of fasting, herbs, raw and cooked. I don't cook every day. Lately it has only been 1-2 times a week and the other days I eat raw, fruit and salads. I feel so much better. I also think it would have been highly beneficial to include what times to eat on the guide. I break my fast after 12noon.

      Yes. I agree 💯 it would've really hit home for many on journey of healing if they included when to eat. It took me a bit of time to understand the time you eat plays a huge role in proper digestion. Thanks for tuning in! 🙏🏽

    I would recommend that prior to eating from the list that people do a juice fast. I did a juice fast for 55 days (4 - 6 litres a day) on a solid food vacation. every day old waste was being eliminated from me and i was just consuming juices. The average person has 12- 20 pounds of waste sitting in the colon from eating 3- 4 times a day breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks etc all the acidic foods, meat, dairy, starches. Poor food combining which has slow bowel transits times in the 32 ft of intestines full of faecal waste matter just sitting there for days. After I stopped eliminating and the mucus lining the intestine came out I felt like a new person. I now eat 5 days raw and weekends cooked and have 2 - 3 bowel movements a day. Remember there are no sick people only TOXIC people. Take time to fast and heal the body of toxins and mucus

    I don't eat a lot of green vegetables anymore because they are full of oxalates, the reason I was always having digestive issues. So, now I tread lightly with all those greens! Dr. Sebi said that Kale was not Alkaline, but its ok to eat! I always do research on foods that are hybrid and non hybrid! So, I stick with the non hybrids! Dr. Sebi did focus a lot on Herbs. We must use common sense in life, no matter what is thrown at us! I follow Dr. Sebi's Nutritional Guide because when I became Vegan I was confused and lost when it came to good foods. So, I adopted Dr. Sebi's Guide as a Blueprint to optimal health. It's a guide, I use other seasonings at times when I'm preparing certain dishes. Great video! I have been practicing Intermittent Fasting now for the past four months. It is now my lifestyle! I love and Respect Dr. Sebi (RIP) in the Highest Regards and will always incorporate the Guide into my eating lifestyle! So happy he came into our lives!

Eye have to admit up until a couple weeks ago Eye was very militant with having to follow the list in its entirety until Eye traveled back home to NJ and was in an alkaline restaurant in Newark and was given some knowledge by the Jamaican chef that the list is jus meant to be a guide but ultimately we need to ensure we are nourishing our vessels with natural nourishment from the Earth .. and as Yu mentioned, places like Africa and the Caribbean are flush with natural nourishment that aren't even on the list .. We appreciate Yur efforts in spreading Yur knowledge 🙌🏼✨💫💙

    Curious why paprika isn’t on the list when it in fact are red peppers! Assorted peppers are on the list so why not that? Or how about the fact some items were removed then put back on. So confusing

    If you could recommend some recipes for breakfast using the nutritional guide that would be great. There is only so much kamut and quinoa I can keep eating for breakfast. 🙏🏾

    • @BrandonAhmaud
      @BrandonAhmaud  4 роки тому +3

      I'll be honest and tell you I'm not a huge fan of breakfast. Only because I feel the most effective way to start the day on solid foods would be with fruit. But fonio is a really great alternative outside of quinoa and kamut

    To summarize, we don’t need to « strictly » follow his list? As we are in 2020 and the list should be update?

    • @BrandonAhmaud
      @BrandonAhmaud  4 роки тому +5

      Peace! I feel following his guide strictly for at least 6 - 12 months is key. Afterwards, if you don't feel like committing to making it a lifestyle, you're body should be at a level to where you know whether the food you eat is "approved" based off the reaction your body gives upon consumption. Hope that makes sense. And this is just my opinion.
      Love your suggestions 😁 I'll work on it

    • @BrandonAhmaud
      @BrandonAhmaud  4 роки тому +1

      @@gorgetteadelaide7058 practically all the fruit and vegetables on the list are hybrid. Due to man, the genetic structure of produce has changed drastically. However, the foods on the list are said to be the closest to the original foods.

    • @gorgetteadelaide7058

    There is something on the list I disagree with and I will tell you why.
    It's under "things to remember", and it says that we should take Dr Sebi's products 1 hr prior to pharmaceuticals. And I think this is wrong and misleading. Dr sebi would never recommend that. He was a herbalist, he always spoke about healing the body with natural foods.

    Thank you. Not of, but blended heritage of Anerican Indian decent plus. I have been on a journey for years. The last 2 years I really left alot off my list of consuming. It isn't easy. Sometimes I just I do with what there is bc it is what it is. Getting to know the reaction of the body to what goes in is a key thing, along with taking a long look at the ones in the family I don't want to be there in years to come. The truth is coming out about the deceit in marketing practices to make the money. Wake up call has been sounding for years.

    Hey man. Great content on your channel. 2 questions for you..
    1. Do you think Dr. Sebi’s diet is as beneficial, and not detrimental, to other races? I know you mentioned/he mentioned that this diet is for Africans.. but what about a Caucasian that currently eats meat?
    2. How much seamoss is too much per day.. (I know they say 1-2 tablespoons), especially for someone who eats fish throughout the week?
    Thanks.

    • @BrandonAhmaud
      @BrandonAhmaud  3 роки тому +2

      Thanks for tuning in.
      1. The African Bio-mineral balance specifically benefits the nutritional needs of the African gene structure. But the beauty of the African Bio-mineral Balance is, because of its highly electrical nature, it has ample capacity to accommodate the nutritional needs of the entire human species.
      2. 1-2 tbsp per day. People who have a deficiency in iodine or excess inflammation may need more. Consult with an herbalist you trust.
