He always asked her great question about her craft, didn’t do the whole surface journalism thing (Wendy Williams, GMA, Today, Howard Stern radio show....the list goes on throughout every year of her 30 year career). Although I know she has to cater to the masses since she’s a mega universal “celebrity” - wish she did less “pop press” and more of the John Norris kind of interviews.

Dirrty didn't do that well. The video did, but the song was considered a flop and peaked at #48 on the Hot 100, and it was only after Beautiful blew up that people began seeing it differently.

If we talk about range almost every Mariah's songs has wider range than IWALY, especially Emotions which is litterally the hardest song ever along with other Mariah's songs but obviously it's not just the range that characterizes a great vocalist

Not to mention or say a whole lot but I've got to admit I think the good thing about this song is not only is it sampled with Genius of Love by Tom Tom Club but I think the way Mariah Carey sings part of its chorus that goes "I'm in heaven, with my boyfriend, my lucky boyfriend" I think her voice and the way she plays it based upon the song here according to its chorus kind of sounds very humbling than the actual and original Genius of Love song itself because I think the actual song itself song seems to sound a little too catchy especially the chorus parts of the song and therefore I think Fantasy by Mariah Carey like this one here sounds more humbling and relaxing anyways which is why I like listening to this song better than Genius of Love anyways so I don't get it all stuck in my head like all day long the fact that it's catchy anyways!!
