I’ll say it again love the relationship with your employees, the respect and the asking instead of demanding goes so far in running a good crew! Then the public relations and dealing with customers is again top notch!
Mr Chad We really appreciate that. Thanks for watching and stay safe
Good job getting the first one out of the ditch. I kinda held my breath as you pulled it out. You did a good job. Hope you have no problems taking the broke down one in. God bless you from Michigan ❤️ 😊

Mr.Hal, the best thing about you and Ron Pratt and your videos is the public relations end of them. I've noticed that both of you instill this in your employees and are there to teach.

When the city boy asked the wrecker operator why he was pulling the chain down to the stuck car the operator answered 'cuz it's too damn hard to push". Thanks for another great video!
Tanker Yanker have not heard that one. Thanks for viewing and commenting. Stay safe
Hal, I like how you handled the guy on the phone trying to tell you how to recover a truck. You did great as always. First impressions, Joe should work out fine. He apologized for showing up late and then asked what he could do. You and Mr. Wilbert will train him well. Pay attention Joe they are the best. Learn how they stay so calm and polite when things get tough. Welcome to the channel Joe and good luck. Another good one Hal.
Otto actually Joe was on another call. He brought the pick up out because he wanted to learn. Thanks for viewing and commenting.

Greetings From NSW Australia I am Glad to see Ur Roads are as Bad as Ours
Ms Britt Our roads are in bad shape. Thanks for watching our channel and stay safe
Mr. Hal. Another job well done. Sounded like there was a little confusion with the first truck. Like you told the guy from SCDOT you got a 2 for 1. You didn't have to go very far for the second one. Price of fuel was in your favor this time. Saved having to send another truck out. As always stay safe. Work smarter not harder. I almost didn't make it to the end of the video. My wireless headphone was telling me my battery was low and to charge it. It shut off right at the end.
Mr Michael We appreciate that. Thanks for watching and stay safe
Thx 4 sharing
The towed truck has jeep tail lights LOL :)

These snatch locks certainly make a difference to the hauling process! Looks like this should have been a two-man job!
Mr James I couldn't have gotten him out without them. Thanks for watching and stay safe
snatch block
Pro job on hooking that truck to tow. Most wouldn’t tape those chain hooks but it shows your professionalism. I can’t imagine what in the world the dislikers want to see.
Mr Doak We really appreciate that. Thanks for watching and stay safe
21 tons of asphalt, rapidly cooling... not a good day...
good job pulling him out... 🇷🇴🇬🇧👍🏻

Your steering wheel gives me anxiety lol

Good job 👍
Mr Hector thanks for watching and stay safe
Another great video from teacher Hal. The first pull in this video and the video when you had to put the small bus back on its feet could be teaching tools for school to use to show in real life how much science is used in every day life. Using snatch blocks to increase the pulling power of a winch. It's just like using a lever and fulcrum.
I'm an old carpenter. One day I was doing something, I can't remember what. An engineered buddy of mine stopped by to see what I was doing. He said I was really good at physics. I of course said thank you,,,,,what's physics? I've graduated in 1975, that's a long time ago.
Mr Roy That's sounds like me. Thanks for watching and commenting on our videos. Stay safe

Mr Paul Still have not figured that out. Thanks for watching and commenting. Stay safe
I used to live 3 miles away from this lol.
I lived on raccoon road.

JEFFREY
Jeffrey thanks for watching and stay safe
Having spent a dozen or so years in a dump truck similar to the one you pulled out of the ditch, I have just one question; what was the driver thinking? 22 tons of material in a truck that tares at around 14 tons has you pulling 72,000 lbs. out of the ditch. Just a little shy of a fully loaded semi.
Mr Frank Yes sir. That was a hard pull. Thanks for watching and stay safe
as you've got multi axle there... would keeping a load of cribbing on the truck and use it to block diagonally between the drive tyres on your rear axles thereby turning the truck to a 50ton skid pan for that additional resistance be of any use? its an old old trick that one :) you certainly had some line load with that mack! nice recoveries and thanks for sharing
Mr. Ogion That was my next plan if that didn't work. I use 4 4x4 on each set of tires so the front axle pulls onto the 4x4 just like you explained. Thanks for watching and commenting. Stay safe.
The truck PTO set up is lil older than some I watch but still does what ya need to do .but I'd deff get the relay fixed so it don't happen like that all the time cause not to jinx it but it might not work one these times but let's pray it don't .godbless
Thanks for viewing and commenting
@@SumterWrecker thx for showing the video
What are the blue metal deals you used under the outriggers? They don't seem like they would help add much more to the resistance
Trash Mann they keep the outrigger from punching threw the asphalt. Thanks for watching
Did he get a two for one lol 😂 be safe
Mr Samuel yes sir Two for one. Thanks for watching our videos and stay safe
Joe is a go getter
Mr Jody yes sir thanks for watching and stay safe

Damn PTO relays
Bamcis13450703 not sure why it kicked out. Thanks for watching and stay safe
Is the tape a dot requirement or just your extra safety
Why was he off the blacktop? It's amazing the truck didn't rollover
Wftv yes sir very lucky
What happened to your steering wheel? That would drive me up the wall like that!
Mr Rob we had replaced a ball joint and the front end shop was backed up but it's fixed. Thanks for watching and stay safe
Why is your steering wheel completely upside down driving in a straight line You need to pull that and reset it
Mr D We had an appointment to get that fixed. They were backed up 2 weeks but it's fixed now. Thanks for watching and stay safe
I gotta ask why is that steering wheel off so bad? What did Mr. Wilbur due to it?Lol
Mr Walter Front end alignment was needed and the shop was 2 weeks out. It's fixed now. Thanks for watching and stay safe
What part of SC y’all in I used to blacktop a lot around Greenville
HighTechRedNeck We are in Sumter. Thanks for watching and stay safe
The "Quad axle" truck is just tandem with a pair of Toyota Echo mini-wheels tacked on. Why not just make it three tandem axles so it looks like a truck instead of a Tonka toy?
