The people have spoken, I need more practice with the GoPro 360 max lol. Fish eye distortion seems to be the biggest complaint, which I will definitely address in all future videos. The audio as well, I was using an external mic here and it kept unplugging on me.
when I saw the truck in the ditch I realized what a huge amount of confidence you need to take on a job like this. There are so many things that can go wrong in the process, and you need a lot of experience and understanding of physics to get this one right. There are no do-overs, if you rig it wrong and it rolls, it rolls, no holding it back. Great work, very professionally done, you, Hulk and your co-workers are a great team and a pleasure to watch.
Thank you! I had a lot of thoughts when I saw this one, my instinct tells me no problem, but my brain saw many complications. That's why I went with my best internal game plan, to lift the rear axles while also cradling the trailer to prevent it from toppling over as it came up the steep and bumpy hill.
yeah, I have the same problem. Due to the old wiring where I live, I can't get super fast internet and only watch in 480p and that made this video with the 360 camera very blurry and grainy to watch. All other videos with standard type cameras are fine, even in 480p only.
Really enjoy your videos as a former tow truck driver ( never had any tow’s as interesting as your’s ) I love watching you solve problems and figure out the best plan to get the job done. Thanks for sharing
I had forgotten this video. For what is worth, I learned in armour school that with tanks it is easier to pull them out the way they came in. Seemed to apply here. Admired the rigging, kept the casualty upright and I guess helped clear the concrete. Great job!
I did not like the fish eye. I thought it was distracting and the sound on this video was very hard to hear what you were saying. Maybe the traffic noise was just really loud that day? You guys always do great work. I feel sorry for the guy that was driving that rig.
I have always loved your videos and the work you do. I hate to complain, but I feel you'd rather know when things aren't as good. The helmet view about makes me nauseous and I only made it about 15 minutes. One other thing the mic sounds like it's also some how pointing at everything except who's talking. I could barely hear what you where say, yet I think I may have heard the radio in the truck when you walked by it. Once again please know I love your show and I'm only saying anything because I want too continue enjoying it. Is there any way to record in both formats? Thank you for all the time and effort you put into this for your fans.
Yes, I'm going to take it easy with the new GoPro MAX camera. It's amazing, but it definitely isn't as good as my Hero 7 for action footage on my helmet. I'm still learning how to edit it, so in the future they will be much better. As for the sound, I bought an external microphone but it kept getting unplugged which is my the audio is garbage. Thank you so much for the honest feedback.
I'm glad I wasen't driving that rig when it hit the bottom of that water channel. Big ouch! You guys rock! The Hulk is a beast well handeled. Stay safe guys!
Every time you were turning your head right left or whatever the goal process going around with your head, I was starting to feel nauseous dizzy I should say, but another great job as usual
"Audio needs some work" is an understatement. I had NO idea what he was talking about; but the loud road noise was fantastic for a video of road noise.
We all have our preferences in the video. (I like the 360 video, but it tends to overwhelm my ancient computer. Time to upgrade I guess.) But what really impressed me was the audio. That non-stop traffic noise brought back a lot of memories of working all day in lane closures. I'm recently retired from a career in highway construction and I don't miss that constant noise, dust and traffic one bit. Stay safe.
Sir Josh !!! Yupper !! Missed some of the 360 when working out how to control the camera ,,but went back to review it again & it was fine !! Again,, KEEP the drinks loaded as just as important as the ''HULK"" itself !! ""KEEP IT SAFE ""!!!!
Is there a reason that the tractor and trailer is pulled out together? It seems to me that separating the units would ease the equipment stress. BTW: I stopped the video several times to take advantage of the 360 views .. really liked the new feature. I thought you mentioned that a camera would be mounted on a tripod?
Good job Team PEPPE'S! Josh I liked this view locked in better. Sorry, I'm a techy guy but not gonna buy a VR for my phone it gets to hot and buffers. Have you thought about a Camelback to keep fluids right on ya during the hot days in Cali? Then you wouldn't have to stop to go to Hulk's fridge. Would an officer had given ya some water? I'm sure they carry a bunch of bottles in a cooler or something.
got so dizzy that i stood up after watching the first 10mins and hit the floor not realizing how dizzy i was, i like being able to see more but i dont think it has good trade offs
Content is great, but not one of your better videos: The lens distortion makes it difficult to track movement and see details, and many of your comments are inaudible (Is your mic farther away from you?).
Can we just take a moment and look at the strength that booms on these rotators have I mean look at what they have to lift and they’re so strong just amazing equipment and operator us as well
I've watched several of your videos and have enjoyed them but there was one problem with this one - the fish eye lens effect that occurred at various points in the video. It was quite annoying. Other than that good job.
I live in Canada we only have to deal with that type of heat in the summer the rest of the time it’s nice and cool in the fall snow and cold in the winter and cool in the spring
Gopros by default have the fish eye distortion, that's how they're able to do super field of view capturing with a single lens. I made a 360 video and this non 360 one and people still aren't happy lol
Why would we cage the brakes? I need them locked when pulling up, what would happen in the event that a chain snaps. That trailer would go all the way back down and possibly flip.

I've watched a lot of UA-cam channels like yours but no one tops your channel
I prefer normal lens to watch you work. Good job!
Traditional view is my personal preference. Nice extraction as always. Job done!
PTS: probably the best towing channel of this universe...👍
I love the videos man. But that camera is making me sea sick lol
Thanks for the feedback!
@@PepesTowingService I agree not sure about the fisheye view, glad you did the video though, thanks

360/VR has its place but I think I prefer to see what you see.
Me too, 100% agreed!
Me 3. I agree
I had forgotten this video. For what is worth, I learned in armour school that with tanks it is easier to pull them out the way they came in. Seemed to apply here. Admired the rigging, kept the casualty upright and I guess helped clear the concrete. Great job!
not sure what changed from your previous regarding audio, but very hard to hear you of the background noise on this one. thanks again
Hulk to the rescue!! Great video!!💪🏼
Excellent job being able to extract all of that wreck out in one piece!!
Spot on recovery. Thanks for sharing

Love your videos but this new format I'm not a fan of. The fisheye with the constant swing the camera seems to have
Your 360 degree camera angel is making me sea sick, get rid of it. It also distorts the view, because of the fish eye lens.
Guess I'm old fashioned, I enjoyed this video a lot more! Lol
Nothing wrong with that! Not everyone is super into the latest tech, this "regular" format is still awesome
the problem I have with the 360 theres no way to get it to go back to looking where you head is pointed so it constantly needs to be moved
Personally, did not like the fisheye lens.
I like the old camera
GREAT HEAVY TEAM WORK, WELL DONE JOSH. BIG HUG FROM PORTUGAL, TAKE CARE.😀🌜🌞🌞🌻🌞🌞🌛
You have more guts then i do, even with that thing chained i would never crawl underneath of it. As always great job!

Love seeing the Hulk!
Nice job as always Pepe

Great work. Those tow trucks are beasts.
Don’t like the 360.
Editing is on point like the different angles keep upping your game! Great content
Another plus one, thank you!
Another well done recovery. This video was taken from the 360 video (and stabilized?) Great video. Audio needs some work.

#213 Thumbs UP....Not a big fan of this new camera....
Awesome video and I love it and I also love watching ur videos and I really enjoys them.

Awesome job! 👍👏💪
Another fine job! "Hulk" makes it look easy!
great work
This is VERY cool also!! For people that don't like the 360 or are having trouble with it.
Great job you guys are great to watch...love your videos ❤
The 360 is cool! Good job!
"Homeboy musta been flyin."

Splitting it would be 10000x worse. This one is the normal version, did you also see the other video? that one is full 360, I also love that feature.
Hello, You all do one goog job . My wife and i sure like watching you.
Good job Team PEPPE'S! Josh I liked this view locked in better. Sorry, I'm a techy guy but not gonna buy a VR for my phone it gets to hot and buffers.

Great video, you make extremely difficult jobs look easy.
Well done gentlemen, class act execution.
Thank you!
what camera / mount do you use that seems to hover over yyour head like that /??
How many tons is you're rotary
Another awesome job, this one was more challenging, I am surprised that the trailer didn*t break off where it goes attached.
The kingpin is remarkably strong, my real concern was that it would tip over.
Nice Job with the mail truck
And how much does your rotary weight
Is his load US Mail
(1:24)
I believe you're correct..................
And the mail will be running a little late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A Job well DONE.
You guys are awesome, the new camera is going to take some getting used to.
The lack of the positioning hand and the curvature, does make for good viewing.
How did that rig not tip over going down in that ditch ?????
Very lucky indeed
good info like the narration but...the cam angles used this time were....disconcerting at best. no matter I still enjoy the vids you put out.
Fish eye lens close up is kinda funky.
How long did it take you to learn and figure out the Controls and everything about using The Hulk.
5 minutes lol
@@PepesTowingService I love your truck Hulk
Greate content but the fisheye and random camera tweeking and spinning is so hard to watch
Hey great video bro but it was hard to hear a lot of your commentary it was like it was turned down or something?
got so dizzy that i stood up after watching the first 10mins and hit the floor not realizing how dizzy i was, i like being able to see more but i dont think it has good trade offs
OMG lol about min 13 I did almost get sea sick
Much prefer the "standard" format. Don't like the fisheye or the swinging effect. Brilliant content though, watched both!
I do not like the 360 at all but your video's good but keep the 360 out of it!!!--
That driver was hauling U.S. MAIL.. i would guess? The numbers are like that on most trailers that do?
cool👍👍👍
Josh another great video, teamwork makes everything look easy. Thanks for sharing
I actually enjoyed the 360 camera angle, although some of it makes it distorted
Content is great, but not one of your better videos: The lens distortion makes it difficult to track movement and see details, and many of your comments are inaudible (Is your mic farther away from you?).
The mic is an external one which was giving me issues. The fish eye seems to be a common complaint all across the board with everyone.
get some two way radios would help !
Was that trailer loaded
Yes, with 20,000lbs of mail
Can we just take a moment and look at the strength that booms on these rotators have I mean look at what they have to lift and they’re so strong just amazing equipment and operator us as well
Thank you for the Video, I like the idea of 2 different videos to choose from 1 with 360 view and 1 without 👍 Stay Safe 👍😷🙏
I've watched several of your videos and have enjoyed them but there was one problem with this one - the fish eye lens effect that occurred at various points in the video. It was quite annoying. Other than that good job.
I always see Pepe’s towing in Fontana I think the flatbeds
Most likely, we have multiple offices in that area.
well done, more gatorade !!!
I live in Canada we only have to deal with that type of heat in the summer the rest of the time it’s nice and cool in the fall snow and cold in the winter and cool in the spring
Please go back to the original format.
Your camera make me sea sick😮
👍👍👍
Makes me a little motion sick with the fisheye lense. IMO the 360 is a waste of time. ✌🏼🤘🏼
Sorry don't like it. Not as clear
Great video, but your voice was way low.
Everything seemed kind of fuzzy. It might just be me but I personally don't care for this new technology. Stay with original equipment, please.
thats one bent box trailer
I see all you'r work but can you show the people who are working for you included you'r self?
Seen pepe's on diving for a purpose, stay safe.
The 360 no bueno
A ghè del ripresi dal caz.
360 is nice, but make up your mind. Give us the straight video without the fish eye, and those that want the 360 can have it.
Gopros by default have the fish eye distortion, that's how they're able to do super field of view capturing with a single lens. I made a 360 video and this non 360 one and people still aren't happy lol
No se oye bien, el 360 no sirve
Yup.... that 360* is really a pain to watch...!!!!
from oklahoma
Get a better 360 camera this one distorts too much in regular view and is jerky and stuttery in 360.
Yep I was right! Just saw MCA ON BACK IF DOOR.,,,! MAIL Carriers of America!
You have great content, but the 360 camera makes it very difficult to watch. I had to stop watching he video of the twin engine plane at the airport.
Cops standing in kill zone. Should have free wheeled cable on wrecker.
Recommend. cageing trailer brakes
Why would we cage the brakes? I need them locked when pulling up, what would happen in the event that a chain snaps. That trailer would go all the way back down and possibly flip.
I thought it was me till I read some of the comments. Everything is curved with a lot of back and forth motion. I don't like this camera.
